Eastern fairy tale on the southern coast of Crimea. Combination of historical heritage and resort recovery. The heart of the sanatorium is a Moorish-style palace, the residence of the Romanovs, built at the end of the 19th century. More than 6.5 hectares of parkland, where every corner breathes history. Private beach, over 200 meters long. Modern medical and diagnostic base for a full recovery. Children's animation, master classes, creative and incendiary evenings. Informative and safe excursions along the most impressive routes of the peninsula.More →

The furniture is whole, not new, looks good. Beds are separate. There were lamps above the bed, I like to read before bed, so I was pleased. The bathroom is light, it was convenient to paint, there was a hairdryer. Bath towel set. There was a clothes dryer on the balcony. There was a cooler in the common corridor, you could drink water at any time. It was warm in the room, we arrived in late autumn, the heating was already working.
The advantage of the sanatorium is its swimming pool with sea water, now it was closed, and in the summer there is an outdoor pool, I wish I could swim in it. The view is bombastic.
There is parking on site, you can come with your car.
Tours are available for an additional fee.
Photo shoots are held in the park, we also wanted to find a local photographer, but we did not have enough time for this.

We saw a lot of interesting things. But the palace has never been inhabited. Our trip was from October 21st to November 4th. Buildings 1 and 2 are very beautiful inside and out. But the 3rd building looks more modern. The resort has its own park, beach. The territory is closed, the entrance is only by sanatorium books. … More ▾ We saw a lot of interesting things. Swimming pool outdoor and indoor. The water is heated. I strengthened my back with the help of exercises on the Evminov board.

We went to Yalta, Alupka, Sevastopol.

We lived in building 3.
The room is amazing with a sea view. Spacious room, large bed neatly made, wardrobe, bedside tables, TV, exit to the balcony.
The days flew by very quickly, there were practically no people in the room. We made a plan for ourselves every day in order to cover more different places in Crimea. We traveled by bus, there was a stop next to the sanatorium, buses run every 20 minutes.

We had good living conditions. We were offered a room in building 1 on the second floor. High ceilings, beautiful chandeliers. We had everything we needed in the room. Great beach, pebbly, no problems with sunbeds. The water is purest. There is a medical and rescue post. There is a cafe on the waterfront where you can have a good meal. … More ▾ We had good living conditions. We were offered a room in building 1 on the second floor. There is a cafe on the waterfront where you can have a good meal. We are mostly if in the dining room. There is excellent food, a buffet, he went to the table, took food, walked away, there was not a special crowd of people.

There is a medical base, food too, the number of rooms is in good condition. Our own beach, large, small pebbles, we managed to swim in the sea while it was warm. The two buildings are outwardly very beautiful, we can’t believe that we lived in the Khan’s palace. We set ourselves the goal that we would reach the Swallow's Nest on foot, it was hard out of habit, but we did it. … More ▾ There is a medical base, food too, the number of rooms is in good condition. Of course it's a long way to go. Therefore, we used the service of the sanatorium and ordered a transfer. The driver picked us up right on time. We arrived at 10 am. We were greeted at the reception by a young lady. She introduced us to the rules and regime of the sanatorium. Without sorting things, we went to look around. … More ▾ Of course it's a long way to go. Therefore, we used the service of the sanatorium and ordered a transfer. Without sorting things, we went to look around. The park is small but cozy, the beach is pebbly, changing rooms are working, showers and toilets. The nurse provided helpful information. Meals three times a day. We didn't go to procedures.

We love Crimea, we visited a lot of places. We thought why not live in a sanatorium, especially if it is a palace. It is beautiful inside, chandeliers of those times, large wooden doors with large handles. Our room had a more modern refurbishment. He examined us, interviewed us, told us about the procedures. We decided to try valerian baths. We liked.

We rested in Crimea several times. This summer we decided to live in the Dulber sanatorium. We are three, I am a husband and a child. For children there is a children's room with a teacher, a playground in the park. In the hall where the dining room was a rack with excursions, we only went to two. The food was good, the cooks were great, everything was very tasty. … More ▾ We rested in Crimea several times. This summer we decided to live in the Dulber sanatorium. We rest in Dulber for the second time, we come in the summer to swim in the sea. Satisfied with the service, the room suits both externally and for the price. The sanatorium was full, there were no free rooms at all, they only had time to watch how some left and settled others on the same day. We advise you to book in advance, otherwise you may not get in. … More ▾ We rest in Dulber for the second time, we come in the summer to swim in the sea.

The food suits us, I don’t know why people are outraged there, they cook deliciously, you can, of course, diversify the menu, but there’s just enough. I liked that they gave fruits.
Sports ground in the park, do as much as you like, no one interferes.
The beach is spacious, shady canopy, sun loungers.
Near the resort is the Swallow's Nest, my wife and I walked to it.
