Just returned from the sanatorium "Miskhor". Saying disappointed would be an understatement.
Ruined our holiday with rude attitude.
Vouchers were taken for a family in 2 rooms: 4-bed and 2-bed. We paid 6 vouchers for the full cost (260 UAH / day), and we were 4 adult women, two children 9 and 5 years old, and one child 3 years old. This is only accommodation and meals in the building, where amenities are in the corridor, without treatment, of course.
The room was without a balcony. No place to dry swimwear and towels. They took a child of 3 years old, because they knew that children do not eat everything, there will be enough food. There is no need for a separate place for the child, he sleeps with his mother.
The first two days somehow the attendants were almost silent (although they made a remark in the dining room and on the beach - three children for 2 vouchers), but on the third, terror began.

"We will not feed you in the dining room if you do not buy a ticket for a child for the FULL price", "Now the guards will come and evict you from the room", etc.
Since our composition was purely female, nothing was achieved. The head physician left, and so on. After all, it was possible to offer to pay extra only for utilities, or only for food (the most annoying thing is that a child at that age practically ate nothing in the dining room). On the fourth, we had to pay for a 3-year-old child. And they demanded money for the PREVIOUS THREE for the full amount - 260 UAH. i. e. pay for UNPRESENTED services. At the same time, the administrator was also rude. That is, for 3 days it was paid simply for AIR.
They gave out a cot that did not fit in a 2-bed room.
True, then they nevertheless moved to a 3-seater (although we didn’t need it, it’s no better than a 2-seater, just as shabby, with terrible furniture). Vacation was already ruined.
Such an attitude towards people who came to you to rest, have already paid for the rest. For such money (more than 18 thousand UAH for 10 days), we could rest in better conditions...
In many places, children under 5 years old are free or 50% off. And then they ripped off the money in full, you can’t pick another word
A separate conversation about the road to the sea. There is a short road, but it was blocked by a paid parking lot, and we had to make a big “detour” with the children.
Moreover, packs of stray dogs rush through the park. Once they attacked us. Because of this, I had to carry the child in my arms...
On the last day, they refused to let us go to the beach (“YOU must vacate the territory at 8-00”), and we still had time before the minibus, since the train in the evening naturally wanted to swim.
To sum up: I do not advise those who are not traveling on a social insurance ticket. Find a better use for your money. Crimea is big.
