I have long dreamed of fulfilling my dream and visiting Miskhor. A very long time ago - 21 years ago I was there on an excursion and the air and the park simply fascinated me then, and I noted for myself that I definitely need to go there to relax, although I was still at a very young age. In the internet I found information about the Akter diesel fuel station, which is on the first line, has its own well-maintained beach (which is now very important), and all the necessary infrastructure for a good rest.
So, somewhere in April, I called the Actor and booked the most ordinary, simple double room in building 2, with a view of the mountains, so that there would be no discos that vacationers from the forum warned about (and this was completely confirmed! ). We were not required to pay in advance, they only asked us to call back when we had already bought tickets, which I did.
We rested with a friend from June 20 to July 4. Usually, I have never gone to the Crimea so early, but I will say that this has its charms, it is not so hot yet, there are fewer people everywhere, and it’s just comfortable in almost everything. We got to Sevastopol, the train came at 6 am, at 6.40 a bus from the station to Miskhor and at 8.10 we were already at the Actor's checkpoint. We were issued very quickly, but we had to wait a bit with the settlement, because representatives of some seminar left. During this time we went to breakfast and settled. We rested and went to the beach, looking around the surroundings along the way.

Well, what can I tell you, this park, of course, has noticeably “worn out” over the 20 years of my absence, but it’s still quite okay, it feels like it’s being looked after, they just blocked it in many places, but this is the misfortune of the entire South Coast - there are only solid fences , private property, etc. In general, I liked everything, and if not all, then a lot.
I'll start with the positives:
1. Very well-groomed and green territory of the boarding house.
2. Friendly, qualified staff.
3. A good, spacious dining room, in my opinion there is air conditioning, but when we were there, it was not particularly required.
4. Fast waitress service and good food quality.
5. Good location of the room - 3rd floor above the entrance to the building, there was almost never direct sunlight, except for a couple of evening hours. Those. air conditioning is not needed, we slept with an open balcony. Only screaming seagulls and people from the disco passing by behind the fence interfered.
6. Very good beach, with three sections, separated by breakwaters, awnings and sunbeds, a cafe, a shower (with hot water) and a toilet. With us, strangers were not allowed on the beach, there is a lifeguard and a paramedic.
7. Protected area, passes, until you are remembered, are constantly required.
8. Excursion service (usually before breakfast there is a representative of the Alupka travel agency). But since we didn’t go to breakfast, somehow before dinner we took their price list and called about an excursion to Foros, at first the girl Olya said that all the places were already taken, but then she called back within an hour and said that 2 places were free . In the morning we paid for the tour, a minibus picked us up and we went on a wonderful excursion to the Foros Church of the Resurrection of Khoistov (410 m above sea level), the Baydar Gates (520 m) and the Laspinsky Pass, already a little lower.
9. Linen was changed 2 times in 14 days and wet cleaning was done, garbage was taken out without being reminded.
10. Good animation for both adults and children. Evenings of oriental dances and classical music were also held.
Of the minuses, I would like to note the very Spartan decoration of the room, it is, of course, small, 12 meters, probably 2 meters corridor and a miniature toilet with a shower.

The situation is not chic, of course, but quite tolerable, clean, it doesn’t stink of dampness and plumbing, there are two chairs on the balcony, but for some reason the maids, apart from cleaning, don’t decide anything at all, for the simplest question (availability of toilet paper and soap) they send to the receptionist. . .
1. There was not enough full-fledged mirror and lighting. There was only one sconce burning, at the reception they really gave out table lamps.
2. In the shower, despite the presence of a curtain, water was pouring onto the floor all the time, they brought us a rag, but it would be better if they made a shower cabin, a small one would fit there instead of a pallet.
3. A strange system of ordering dishes in the dining room, that is, only people who go for breakfast can use it, and since many, including us, go to the dining room only once a day, for example, for dinner, they brought us something more prepared and left. Attempts to clarify this issue did not lead to anything, everything remained the same. Here is such a "discrimination" dinner.
4. Very cheap fish was served and not always well cooked.
5. For dinner, they also constantly gave Krymka kefir of a very liquid composition, despite its 2.5%, an agreement was apparently concluded with them.
6. Good pastries, but there were absolutely no fruits, it seemed like it was not Crimea at all.
Well, that's basically all. I was satisfied with the rest, we also went on our own to Yalta, Alupka and the Massandra Palace with a tour bought on the embankment. High-class guides, I liked it both times in Massandra and in Foros. But for some reason, there were no people who wanted to take a tour of Miskhor "Noble Nests", and the money was returned to us. It is very strange, of course, why people are not interested in the history and architecture of the area they came to. . .
Although excursions are very expensive, everything is within 100 UAH. and higher.
In general, I think the most important thing is the mood in which you are traveling, maximum information about the place of rest, and living conditions, of course, but basically you can relax anywhere.
