The hotel is comfortable, the territory is very pleasant - playgrounds for children, a mini zoo (I would call it that) with different rabbits, very beautiful pigeons, fish.
In general, while relaxing in the Rubicon, I felt that I, as a tourist, was respected!
The room has everything you need (although we had the cheapest one - standard B) - a lot of towels, shampoos, gels, shower caps, cotton pads, cotton buds, slippers, a kettle, a lot of dishes, a corkscrew, an opener, a knife (sharp! ) , cutting board. For a long time we were looking for flaws in the room and found - the pillows are a little high for us (unusual) ; -), but maybe there is not enough additional hook in the bathroom for clothes. But this, of course, is nonsense!
Room cleaning is daily, but the quality of cleaning depends on what kind of maid. Sometimes it's just clean, sometimes it's very well cleaned!

The day before departure, we remembered that the Rubicon website promised us a jacuzzi (for more than 3 days). The administrator immediately suggested the jacuzzi option for tomorrow (departure day), in the morning in the "Marine" building!
Meals in the restaurant "At the mother-in-law" left a double impression. Breakfasts are wonderful. At first there was a customized menu, then by May Day people pulled themselves up and became a buffet. There is a lot of everything and everything is very tasty, and cereals, and hot (up to shish kebabs, and this is for breakfast! ), And sandwiches, and desserts, and coffee! But several times we dined there, and the impression is worse. They took different dishes and most often it is warmed food in the microwave with some kind of sauce and not cheap. Maybe there just aren't that many people! But we really liked the cafe "Tea House" when descending to the beach! The view is gorgeous, the portions are large and delicious! The menu is varied. Recommend!
I read negative reviews about Rubicon. They write that he is standing on the road - complete nonsense, 3-4 minutes to the road at a leisurely pace, 5 minutes and you are at a bus stop, you want to Yalta, you want to Alupka. Although in Gaspra itself there are many small hotels that really stand right above the road.
They write that the playground is over the cliff. I was looking for where this cliff was - I didn’t find it....But I’ll also note that there is a playground both in the GK itself and in the restaurant "At the mother-in-law" - wonderful!
So I recommend Rubicon. I draw your attention to the fact that we were in April, the beaches are empty, go wherever you want, there are no problems. But here in the season, I think that the beaches are densely populated (but these are my speculations).
