Very friendly hostess. The house is well planned, with a large communal kitchen and dining room on the ground floor. The kitchen has everything you need, I liked that there was a filter for drinking water. Our room was on the second floor in the middle, with a balcony (with clothes dryer, table and chairs). The room is very bright, the furniture and everything else can be seen in the photographs, everything is tastefully selected. Of course, the terrace on the third floor is very striking, but during the day it is almost impossible to be on it because of the heat. In the evening you can sit well, though a lot of neighbors' kids ran around a couple of times, moved to the balcony.
Mount Ai-Petri is visible from the terrace, the sea is clearly visible, and of all the surroundings.
Cons - the road is in close proximity, sometimes we waited a long time until hot water starts to flow, we did not have time to swim to Balaklava.
Pros - delicious inexpensive homemade lunches and dinners, cleanliness,
nice beach, nice house.
