I had to reckon. In short, I searched for a long time on the satellite, on the pictures and eventually found "Elena". I will say right away I chose only from the photographs. We phoned, talked, sent some money and waited. We waited, drove off, arrived a day later and at 4 o'clock in the morning... or nights. Accepted. They didn't send me anywhere, they didn't charge for that day. Even when my laziness won over me and I didn't go to breakfast, Natalya didn't take any money either.
In general, the impressions about the house are new, and that says a lot. The balcony is large. Nothing falls off, the water is always hot, the view from the window is a song. its own courtyard, there is parking, there is a barbecue, the veranda is generally a fairy tale, air conditioning in the room, TV. The linen was changed normally in principle, I wanted of course once every 3 days, but once every 5 is also normal. The room is good (the wife's sister, looking at the pictures of our room, almost turned green with anger, and they were resting in Montenegro). In general, I liked it. One minus is the proximity of the road. Cars are not scary, but when a bus or a truck is coming, you can hear it very well. It is also not far from the beach, especially by car - to be honest, we were too lazy to walk. 20 gr. from the soul the entrance to the beach of the sanatorium of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine - that says it all. Purity and beauty.

Now about service. The only negative is that poor Sveta does not always and does not have time for everything, i. e. when we give the laundry to wash (they have a washing machine), and also cooking and cleaning on it. If you want tea - please, if you want to cook something yourself - please. I didn’t go to breakfast, I don’t know, my wife said that it was normal. As for food, residents very often asked Sveta to cook lunch or dinner (Natalia's prices are adequate). Nobody seemed to complain. Natalya and her husband Andrey were invited to a farewell barbecue, and they also met their family from Moscow - they sat very well. The moon, the sea, the wine. . . In general, the impressions are the most positive, if Natalia had given us another discount this year, it would have been just a fairy tale!! ! In general, I advise. We'll see you in August.
