Stayed at this hotel May 22-25.2012.
General impressions - very good.
However, many small things were missing, especially considering that all rooms are declared as suites.
Pros.
1) New hotel, only the second season is open.
2) The rooms are bright, the windows are large, to the floor, the furniture is excellent new (a bed with an orthopedic mattress, leather armchairs, LCD TV with a large screen, a refrigerator, a safe, new plumbing, good linen, balconies in all rooms with plastic chairs and sunbeds - you can sunbathing right on the balcony). Gorgeous sea view.
3) Proximity to the bus station (from the bus / minibus stop up to the hotel there is a staircase, though quite steep), there is a dining room nearby, not so far - a 24-hour mini-market.
4) The presence of a fully equipped kitchen for self-cooking (microwave, stove with extractor hood, electric kettles, dishes, dishwasher, etc. ), as well as a huge dining room with a large LCD TV, there are tables outside.

5) The presence of a swing, barbecue facilities in the yard.
6) Closed, guarded area (surveillance cameras in the yard and on the floors).
7) Everywhere is very clean, well-groomed yard, paved with high-quality tiles, which the child will not stumble on.
8) The hotel is located above the road, so it is so quiet there that you can even hear the sound of the surf. Music and din from the embankment do not interfere.
9) Friendly Administrator. Everything will prompt, tell, meet and conduct. Respect!
Minuses.
1) There were not enough small things for the deluxe rooms: only 2 towels. baths for 2 people. Somehow, even in junior suites, they usually give at least two - bath and hand. And in the suites, I would also like a bathrobe, slippers and 3 types of towels : )))
There were not enough hooks and shelves in the bathroom - sometimes there is nowhere to put soap when bathing (we had a room with a shower). Although the next room had a bathroom - it was better with that. But there is a closet in the bathroom itself.
The bathroom was narrow, combined with a toilet: you sit on the toilet - you rest your forehead against the wall : )) It's not convenient, but you can get used to it. Just if someone has large dimensions - choose rooms with a larger bathroom - they are available.
Again, luxury rooms should have all the necessary range for personal hygiene: disposable brushes, soap, gel, etc. There was only liquid soap available. So take everything with you.
2) I would like the declared hair dryer and kettle to be in EVERY room, and not on request. Although, at our first hint, they gave us everything faster than we managed to finish the phrase: a hairdryer, a kettle, blankets for those who are cold. By the way, dishes can be brought to the room from the kitchen if you need something to eat in the room.
3) Far from the sea for those who came purely to the beach. And there is no pool in the hotel, who likes to swim "without leaving the room" : ))

4) It is difficult to find a hotel, because there are no signs, and local residents do not know about it yet, because. the hotel is new. But if you know where to go - nothing complicated: from the road, turn uphill after the bus station - a minute by car or 5 minutes walk uphill. So check with the administration in advance how to get there.
5) There is no secure parking on site. Near the hotel there is a small parking lot, or rather, a nook on the road, where only 2-3 cars can fit. The road to the hotel is narrow and quite steep (the hotel is on a hill).
General impressions are positive. We recommend to those who came "on foot" and not to the beach, but on excursions. The location is convenient: from Yalta by bus to the Miskhor bus station, then up the stairs. All attractions within walking distance: Vorontsov Palace, Swallow's Nest, Ai-Petri, etc. There are minibuses and buses.
