We are accommodated in a 4-bed room (2 adults and 2 children), the cost is 3500 rubles. There was a 10% discount on the site. Standard room - large bed and sofa. The room was missing a pillow case, soap and toilet paper. The floor in the shower room is rusty, it’s even scary to get up, there are only two hangers in the closet. I think the price is clearly too high. Chicken bones were lying in the corridor in the morning, which no one removed until the evening. On the territory there is a pool in which you need to swim so that there is no splash at all. Alexandra always went after our children and constantly made comments to them - how to jump on a trampoline, how to ride a swing. To any remark and request, she replied that she was the mistress here and she made the rules. Its rules include a quiet hour from 14 to 16. If the children do not sleep, then they should sit in the room and watch cartoons quietly. Being on the territory is prohibited, visiting other rooms is also prohibited.
For lunch we paid 950 rubles (2 adults for 350 and 1 child for 250). For lunch there was chicken soup, in which for some reason buckwheat floated. The children refused to eat such a soup, because. the combination of potatoes and buckwheat is very doubtful. On the second - boiled meat, which chews very badly, and "Artek" groats. The children also did not touch the second, adults, however, too. In short, everyone was hungry. The price of food is also clearly overpriced.
In the evening, the coach came to us to tell the schedule. So Alexandra put her out of the gate, because. "Amazonka" is a closed area and outsiders are not allowed to enter.

While swimming, the child lost an earring, Alexandra presented it to us with the words, you see, we are returning the earring to you, although you do not follow the rules, as if you had accomplished a feat. Although any decent person did so.
• Our sins include splashing, delaying lunch for 15 minutes, sitting on the sofa in the dining room, although it turned out that you could not sit there, and being on the territory from 3 to 4. Quiet hours!
• As a result, we moved out to another hotel. Alexandra did not make the declared discount.
• I forgot my jacket, but no one called me. Found out 3 days later. Two conclusions arise - either the room was not cleaned after us and it was not found, or they wanted to keep it.
• There were extremely negative impressions about this hotel, if we had not found another Sogdiana hotel, then the rest would have been ruined.
