Went with a friend and two 4 year old daughters. Living conditions are excellent, especially in terms of price-quality ratio. The location of the hotel is very good: it is located exactly in the middle of 2 parts of Nikolaevka. Part 1 is local residents, the private sector, the market, attractions on one side, part 2 is boarding houses and sanatoriums with their amazing parks on the other. Nearby is the 3rd part of Nikolaevka, I call it "Santa Barbara", through which we actually went to the beach.
The territory of the hotel is closed, although very small. In the evenings, a lot of children run around the house, play, so you can safely let your child go outside in the evening and not follow him. There were tables in the yard where you could just sit and chat in the evening.
