I will try to describe as accurately as possible everything that happened to us during the month of vacation.
We rested in the Amazon for a month from July 16 (more precisely, almost a month - 26 days) My husband and I, my son is 8 years old and my daughter is 5.5. We arrived by car from Nizhny. Parking in the yard, a lot of children behind the house on the playground, in front of the house under a canopy, several companies drink (wine? beer? ), that's all I managed to see on the first day. We washed, unpacked things and slept like dead on the road.
In the morning before breakfast (about 8 am) we walked to the sea (5 minutes) and were very surprised by the number of vacationers, rug to rug, sun lounger to sun lounger. We had breakfast (food is another story) and, on the recommendation of the hostess (Alexandra), drove in our car to the beach (1.5-2 kilometers in a straight line). The beach is small pebbles and sand. There are much fewer people compared to the nearest beach, there are 3-5 meters between us and the nearest neighbors, grace...
The heat was 35-40 in the sun and did not stand for 5 minutes. After lunch, everyone in the Amazon dispersed to their numbers. Siesta…
At 16.30 I took my armfuls and went to the far beach in a bus. I understand that almost all of our vacationers went to a distant beach. For all the time we went to the neighbor 2 times, but this is not for everyone : ), there are a lot of people. Delivery-import to the distant beach is free, which was a pleasant surprise. Drive 5 minutes. Several times in the evening we walked from a distance (about 20 minutes) through the park and the embankment of boarding houses, a very interesting combination of the smell of pines and the sea breeze.
In the evenings, almost every evening, we went out to people : ) We went to the center of the village several times to barbecue : ), we were in the Lunapark (quite worthy), we just went staring and choosing souvenirs, we walked along the Skif (the base of modern cottages), visited a pizzeria, in the park and embankment of the old Soviet boarding houses wandered...
Almost all vacationers are with children, so the company for games was found quickly. Once I even calculated that at the same time there were 14 children aged 3 to 10 and 4 more teenagers in computers and tablets under a canopy on the site.
As for the kitchen, I would like to draw attention separately. Be careful. !! ! I gained 2.5 kg. I could not deny myself the pleasure... But seriously, it's so nice to eat delicious food and not cook it myself : ) Oh, I really wanted to. The food is definitely not canteen. There are no stuffed nightingale tongues and sturgeon, but they are fed at the level of a good cafe. Pleased with the children's menu. Alexandra immediately explained the options for replacing the main menu with a children's one. For example, they don’t eat my stew or chop, they changed it to meatballs, cutlets. And for breakfast they only have porridge or macaroni and cheese or sausage, all without problems. As for the nutrition of children, I had great fears, but they not only did not come true, but also exceeded my best wishes.
There are, of course, downsides. At night, there is not a single lantern for the entire village, it is light only at cafes, stalls, tents and shops. There is one big problem with urns for the whole village. Heat under 40 : )
Conclusions: Nikolaevka is certainly not the Cote d'Azur, but those who want to relax in good rooms for a reasonable price, eat delicious food, swim, get a tan - I recommend the Amazon hotel.
