My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for the first time. Chose this hotel based on the many positive reviews on the internet. . . and, having arrived in Nikolaevka, they realized that they were not mistaken. We were placed in the reserved room immediately, without delay. the room made a positive impression on us: clean, comfortable, with a set of furniture necessary to accommodate things. The furnishings of the room and its equipment (air conditioning, TV, electric kettle, hair dryer, beach umbrella, separate bathroom, coffee table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, armchair, bed) not only corresponded to those stated on the hotel website, but also somewhat exceeded our expectations, created an atmosphere of tranquility for your vacation. After arrival, we had some food left, so we immediately decided to refuse the services of the hotel dining room. During the first three days we cooked ourselves, ate in numerous cafes. After that, we decided to "experiment" and ordered lunch in the dining room of the hotel. After lunch, we wanted to try dinner and so on. . . that until the end of the holiday we ate in Enigma and no longer wanted to experiment. Speaking of food, during our 9-10 day meals at the hotel, the composition of the dishes offered in the complex breakfasts, lunches and dinners was never repeated, which could not but rejoice, except that everything cooked was very very tasty. In general, we liked the service at the hotel because it was at a sufficiently high level, and at the same time not intrusive. (the room was cleaned in our absence, no one forced us to eat at the hotel). The level of services provided by the Enigma Hotel for a relatively low fee allows you to fully enjoy the Crimean air, the Black Sea and the scorching southern sun.
