This year, my two sons, 2 and 7 years old, and I rested in the Crimea.
Our dad wanted to go to Turkey, but after we found out that we were expecting a baby, I categorically stated that I would not go to Turkey. And then, after talking with those who had been there, I came to the conclusion that, in my opinion, there is nothing to do with a child under 5 years old abroad, especially with my approach to nutrition and everything else.
On the advice of a friend, I visited the Enigma website and started organizing our vacation in June.
I contacted the owners of Enigma by e-mail, booked a 4-bed room for 11 days of August from 18 to 29.

I want to say right away that Svetlana and Igor answered me quickly, clearly, were very attentive to all questions and requests. I was very worried, because I had heard about the "unsuccessful" rest of my friends, told the owners about this situation, they reassured me, assuring me that if a room is booked, then exactly those vacationers will be occupied in it, under which it was booked.
In Simferopol, a girl met us right at the train car and escorted us to the car, the transfer from Simferopol to the hotel cost us 200 hryvnia, that is, 800 rubles, let me remind you that the distance is about 40 km, maybe a little more - I can’t say for sure.
Svetlana met me in Enigma and immediately invited me to breakfast. Things were brought into the room and went down to the dining-bar for 40-50 people, located in the basement.
Well, I'll write right away about food...
Full board for an adult per day cost 110 hryvnia, for a child 75.
Our dad decided not to have breakfast, because he doesn’t eat early, and he loves to sleep, so the three of us had breakfast, but seeing that the youngest in the morning in the dining room was not particularly inclined to eat, I began to bring breakfast to his room, which was absolutely not forbidden and very we were pleased, and my eldest son and I ate in the dining room.
Breakfast (from 8 to 9.30) necessarily consisted of porridge, which made me very happy, because both I myself and the children are accustomed to porridge. The only negative for me personally was that the porridge was always very sweet (((An omelet was attached to the porridge / scrambled eggs with sausage / hot sandwich / pancakes / cheesecakes + tea / coffee. Meals at the hotel are not ordered. At first it seemed to us that the portions were small, although judging by the reviews, the portions were simply huge. Kinder ate his children's food, which, incidentally, was not much smaller than the adult one, but then, apparently, our stomach accepted the size of the served portion, and we were quite full and did not bite.

Lunch (from 12.30 to 14.00) for four of us was given two full saucers of fresh vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, all the vegetables were given to dad and Kira, and even taken to the room with them. For the first soup, borscht - all in meat broth, the second is also always with meat, chicken, a couple of times there was herring and fish in batter, meatballs, langet, kebab, casserole of potatoes, meat, vegetables, stuffed potatoes, for garnish - potatoes, pasta, buckwheat, a glass of wine, compote.
Dinner (from 18.30 to 20.00) - salad, second course, tea / coffee, cheese / yogurt / pastries.
We missed kefir and milk, but you could buy it on the market.
Well, I would like the knife to be served not only to the splint and at the request, but in general so that it is always present in the serving, well, and toothpicks))))
At the bar you could buy wine/beer/cocktails/. For the evening it was possible to order ice cream, fruit desserts, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, barbecue, grilled fish, baked vegetables. By the way, I have never eaten such a shish kebab that Igor makes in my life, even at the most vaunted shish kebab masters. I don’t know what they do with meat and how it is fried, but it was amazingly tasty. The secret of cooking was not revealed to us and our request for a master class was, of course, rejected)))).
The hotel has about 20 rooms - 2-3-4 bed rooms on three floors, each room has a balcony and its own bathroom with shower. The hotel has been operating for the third season, it seems that all the furniture in the rooms is new, very clean, neat, tasteful, our room had a 2-bed, a folding sofa, a bedside table, a table on wheels, two ottomans, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, an air conditioner , beach umbrella (we did not use it), a hair dryer will be brought upon request. Towels and bed linen are changed once a week or every 5 days, earlier if necessary. The bathroom is clean, toilet paper, soap, air freshener. Cleaning is done once a day in our absence, up to washing the windows, although we didn’t get them dirty)))))) The maid brought us a basin, so it was possible to wash, but there is also a laundry service - 80 rubles, on the first floor in the lobby there is an ironing board, which, if desired, can be used at any time. Here, under the stairs, there is a place to store strollers and swimming accessories, which no one blows away, but simply folds under the stairs upon arrival from the sea)

Near the hotel there is a playground, near which there are tables where you can relax in the evening, drink wine or order a cocktail, barbecue. There is live music in the neighboring hotel from 20 to 1 am.
200 meters to the sea - about 5-7 minutes walk, halfway - a market with everything you need.
The sea is clean, the bottom can be seen, it cannot be compared with Evpatoria, the beach is small-pebble. True, at the beginning, the pebbles on the beach seemed terribly uncomfortable, but then there was a plus - it more than performed the function of a foot scrub)))))))))). There are not very many plants on the territory of the recreation center yet - mostly shrubs and flowers, as I understand it, there used to be a steppe here.
At 300 meters there is a 50-year-old boarding house "Energetik" - there are a lot of trees, plants, shrubs. Admission after 19 and before 23 is free. There, in the evenings, all sorts of performances are held in the summer theater, films are shown, and children's discos are held on the dance floor.
We went not to have fun, but just to relax, so everything suited us perfectly.
We immediately decided not to go on excursions, because Cyrus is still too small for them, in my opinion, and he had enough impressions for his eyes.
We went to the sea twice a day - after breakfast and after a daytime sleep before dinner, in the morning the sea was calm, in the afternoon already waves.
On the last day of our holiday, the waves reached 1-1.5m in height.
We were lucky with the weather, as well as with rest in general, in my opinion, all 11 days it was sunny, the air temperature was 32-34, the water was also very warm.
We were full of peaches, melons, corn, dad tried a lot of Ukrainian beer...
For 11 days of rest for four, we spent 60 thousand rubles, including absolutely all expenses...
And I don’t regret at all that I didn’t go to Turkey (you can, of course, counter that I didn’t go and therefore I don’t want to), but I’m 100% satisfied with the service, to be honest, all the reviews were good, but doubts remained until the last that in Ukraine it may be.
