Замечательный отпуск Wonderful vacation

5 days ago we returned from Nikolaevka, rested in Enigma hotels (2 adults and a child 8 years old). I am very surprised why the hotel is marked with 2 stars, in terms of the level of service provided to guests, there should be much more stars. Particular admiration was caused by the design of the lobby (after all, this is the first impression of the hotel). The hall strikes with its dazzling beauty - everything here is chosen with such taste - it is clear that the hospitable hosts have put their whole soul into creating comfortable conditions. And what a cleanliness throughout the hotel, in the rooms, and throughout the Skif recreation center, for the territory of which I didn’t even want to go out again. The special emphasis on nutrition is beyond praise. We barely managed to eat two portions together, while for 10 days the menu has never been repeated. I would like to say a huge thank you to Svetlana, Igor, wonderful assistants Galina and Yanochka and all the hotel workers for a wonderful vacation, for the piece of paradise they created.
