My relatives have recently returned from a vacation, they stayed in a wonderful hotel in Nikolaevka - "Enigma". They returned tanned, satisfied, for which I sincerely and from the bottom of my heart thank the owners of the hotel - Svetlana and Igor. Even at the stage of correspondence, they left the most favorable impressions about themselves - they answered promptly, explained all the nuances. Upon arrival at the station, relatives were met at the very carriage, helped with things, and taken to the hotel. They placed him there immediately, without the slightest delay, gave him everything he needed, fed him. The food completely won me over - the menu is varied, the portions are large, prepared with great love and knowledge of the matter. A glass of wine was a small pleasant surprise : ) The room is wonderful - clean, comfortable, it was cleaned in a timely manner. The territory pleased with an abundance of vegetation, close to the sea. The staff is impeccably polite and helpful. In a word, Enigma has everything you need for a full and comfortable rest. At the end of the vacation, my vacationers were taken to the station, escorted to the very carriage. Once again I thank Svetlana and Igor for the excellent service, I wish them further prosperity and success. We will definitely come to you with a larger company! ; )
