We simply did not meet the worst hosts, deceivers and Booked a room in advance, sent an advance payment for two days of stay. Called the day before arrival to make sure everything was ok.... Arriving at the place, I was immediately surprised - there was not enough space, everything was on each other's heads, there was even nowhere to put the car, they offered paid parks of the neighboring hotel "Orange". We were met by the hostess Svetlana, offered a choice of 2 rooms, we brought our things and went to pay in full for the room. But at that moment they told us that it turns out we were in some kind of window and they didn’t know if we would come for sure or not (sorry, but what the hell... and then we sent an advance payment) and offered us to check into the neighboring hotel "Kruiz" . Although after reading the reviews about such cases, when ordering a room, we warned Svetlana that we want to live only in Enigma.... Not even finding the keys to the room in the "Cruise" which they wanted to show us so much, we asked for our prepayment to be returned, to which we heard in response, but I did not receive your money, they are on your account. After a small scandal, they returned the money to us and immediately after that we received an SMS about the transfer of money, that they removed it.... And this is called the money was on "our" account!! ! Almost immediately we found an excellent hotel in Alushta. If you don't want to spoil your mood and rest, don't come to "ENIGMA"!!!!! !
