My husband and I rested at the Enigma Hotel after our wedding from July 26th to August 8th, 2013. Booked a room probably about a month in advance. I sent a copy of the receipt for payment for 2 days by email, I also wrote when I bought train tickets, a clear time of arrival and departure. Svetlana confirmed the booking and we didn't have to worry about anything. Well, of course, on the day of departure from Kyiv, we called back again to confirm everything. We were met by a car at the bus station in Nikolayevka, where we spent the last day (completely free of charge, which was nice). The hotel immediately pleasantly surprised us: very clean, comfortable and beautiful. Pretty spacious room with a balcony, fridge and bathroom, which is especially good - air conditioning, which was so well placed that it is cool in the room, and it did not blow directly on you as it sometimes happens. Entering the room, we saw a pleasant surprise from the owners in the form of a bouquet on the table, rose petals and champagne, which especially cheered us up! I would especially like to thank you for your attentive attitude to all our wishes and for the INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS CUISINE. We took complex breakfasts and lunches: compared to Kyiv, it is inexpensive, the portions are large and everything is always fresh. We never ate anything cold or warm, everything was always from the fire. Dinner was ordered from the menu - we especially liked the dishes on the grill. We were taken to the beach directly from the hotel, although if you walk it's very close, maybe 10 minutes walk. Many thanks to the owners and all the staff of the Enigma Hotel!
