BUT today the villa is not right on the shore - there are now buildings in front of it, however, the villa is still one of the closest to the shore and the rotunda; but not as windy as on the shore (in Kalamitsky Bay after 12-00 it is always slightly stormy, and often the wind from the sea is very strong). The best dining room in the Riviera Hotel - you see what you buy, not peppered - for picky kids. There is little shade on the territory of the SKIF cooperative, but over time (another 5-10 years) it will appear when the trees grow up. The minus is the playground in the sun itself, there is no shade at all. But they work: rental cars, a trampoline jumping rope, a trampoline slide, a shooting gallery, board games, rental rollers (I liked the rental more in the neighboring Energetik boarding house - the asphalt is very smooth there and the size range of rollers is larger). The park in the Energetik boarding house is really amazing (it is right behind the wall of the villa), but you can only get there through the Polymer boarding house - there is no security guard, or under the pier across the beach.
There is only one serious drawback of this place of rest - SKIF has practically no beach, from the steps of the stairs to the sea no more than ten meters. The people are like herring in a barrel, but in the late afternoon, at 18 or 19, the people dissolve, the beach becomes free, the sea swells slightly, and the water is still warm (it even seems warmer due to the fact that air and water temperatures are equalized). The situation is similar in almost all of Nikolaevka - both where there are boarding houses (Polymer did not have it at all after the spring storms), and in the private sector - there are more vacationers than "lying" places to go to the sea if you sit on the steps, you step over your arms, legs and heads, the same is done by numerous sellers of fish, baklava, fruits.
