Rested in AzovLand from 07/29/15 to 08/12/1.2 adults, 2 children (2.4 and 2.9 years old)
We were very lucky with the weather, it was stormy for only 1 day and then we swam, otherwise it was clear 35-38 all the time. The wind is almost constant (on average 4-5 m/s, there were days up to 10), but it is warm, you get used to it and does not interfere, the heat is easier to bear with it.
Pros: very beautiful place, wonderful helpful staff, clean area and the sea, gently sloping sandy beach, compact area (everything is nearby - the sea, trampoline, swimming pool, dining room, laundry), clean renovated room, good food.
Cons: no food for babies (there is no baby milk in the store on the territory and in the village, only Agush juices, no diapers), a very meager range of beach cafes, few umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, well, there are complaints about organizing excursions (more on that later ), very few shelves and hooks for things in the room.
So the details:

We arrived late after midnight. The security guard met us, opened the room, helped with the suitcases. They left us dinner in the room (I asked the manager about this about three days in advance).
We lived in building number 21 in the very center of the boarding house. Room "Comfort".
In the room: refrigerator, air conditioning, TV (4 channels, there is a "Carousel"), safe, el. a kettle, a large dish, 3 glasses, a basin, a dryer, a children's pot were asked from the maid, they brought it. In the room there are beds, bedside tables. In the bathroom there is a boiler, a shower with a curtain, a shelf in the shower, a toilet bowl, a sink, two hooks for towels (the screws are simply screwed directly into the plastic and fall out when you try to hang a towel, so there are essentially no hooks), a soap dish by the sink. Between the room and the bathroom there is a vestibule in which there is a refrigerator and shelves for things. There are very few shelves, things were piled on the bed and sometimes just on the floor. Take self-adhesive hooks with you, this will somehow save the situation. It is also useful to put a rag at the entrance so that less sand is dragged. There were no mosquitoes, for that there were a lot of flies, but we just didn’t take anything from them and couldn’t buy anywhere on the spot. The flies overcame them, they did not let the children sleep during the day, and then they also began to bite. Clothespins were not useful to us, because due to the location of the hull, the wind did not get to us and nothing flew away.
Almost the entire territory is covered with sand, we walked in shales or barefoot (you can take nothing else). It has its own romance, it didn't bother us.

On the territory: a children's water park (sea water is poured, it is heated by the sun, it is cleaned every morning, on Mondays it is closed for maintenance for the whole day), a trampoline (1 inflatable, very large, 2nd net), an adult water slide of 25 meters, on the beach umbrellas, wooden deck chairs (very few, we need three times more, we never got deck chairs, of course it’s sad, but you can survive). Another of the children's entertainments is a shooting gallery (you can also order a trip on ATVs there), a tent with video games, and there is an old swing.
The animators work out the program, but somehow sluggishly, not impressed. In the morning, children's exercises, at 11 aqua aerobics, in the afternoon beach games (announced, but never seen), watching cartoons for children and fitness for adults. In the evening there are family quests, at 19-00 a children's disco, at 20-00 sometimes someone comes to perform, like 5 songs live and that's it. Nothing good happened during our stay. Sunday disco, also 5 songs and that's it. In general, for the animation C grade.
There are also 2 tents with a souvenir, where you can buy circles, armlets, vests, balls, sand sets, sprinklers, toys, beach towels, hats, bandanas, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, shower gels, shampoos. A day later, a woman arrives with printed materials, she has a very large selection of magazines and children's books (not very cheap, but better than dragging with you). Electric cars and bicycles are available for rent. Massages small selection and expensive. You can do a manicure and gel polish.
There is a store next to the dining room, they sell water, juices, beer, cookies, sweets, chips, ice cream, sometimes milk, smoked cheese, a little household. goods: toilet paper, soap, again shampoos, lighters, etc.
There is also a laundry nearby - a load of 100 rubles, they have washing powder, you can use your own.

Food: The food in the dining room is delicious, the portions are large enough. We had more than enough. The only negative (which I ask the administration to pay attention to) is almost everything peppered, except for porridge. Why pour so much black pepper into everything, I don’t understand, there is pepper on the tables, who needs to pepper themselves. So you can’t especially feed the children, sometimes I had nothing to give the child, they sat on cookies with milk, and there was no children’s store either. This can be a problem if the children are small like ours, take at least jars of mashed meat with you in reserve. Well, if you have a gastrointestinal disease or intolerance to pepper, I sympathize with you... you will be hungry.
In addition, there is a tent in which they sell barbecue in pita bread and a hot dog in pita bread for 150 rubles, by the way, delicious, Crimean sweets are also brought there. Oh, and a cafe on the beach. 2 types of draft beer for 65 rubles / 0.5 l. , 2 types of pizza, french fries 80 rubles, shish kebab for 100 gr. pork -200 rub. , lamb 220 rub. Well, every little thing like chips, crackers. Cigarettes are not sold on the territory of the boarding house, as well as strong drinks (you can buy it in a village store).
Every day, locals sell fruits, seasonal berries, homemade wine, chacha, cognac, baklava, pasties, dried and smoked fish outside the gates. Well, they can bring everything you order - medicines, cigarettes, etc.
There is a first-aid post, we really liked Anna Sergeevna, a medical worker (I had to contact the kids a couple of times). She has a basic set of medicines (like a mini-pharmacy). You can take a thermometer with you, at the time of our vacation there was only one for the whole boarding house (they take it to try it on and do not return it).

Excursions: At the administrator you can sign up for excursions. The choice is sufficient. Twice a week (Monday-Thursday) they take you to the Azov water park. We went to Koktebel to the dolphinarium (it doesn’t work in Feodosia, the dolphins were Ukrainian) and to Kerch to the ostrich farm. We really liked the objects! There are 4 Black Sea bottlenose dolphins, a beluga and three seals in the dolphinarium. Gorgeous performance! Children watched without stopping, photos with dolphins 700 rubles. on your camera, bathing 350.5 min. For the trip itself for an adult 1300 (transfer and tickets), children were free. By the time to Koktebel 2 hours. There was too much time, after the performance, about 3 hours. Free time and this is at noon, in the heat. Someone went on a boat trip (like 800 rubles per person) they already bought on the spot, departure every hour. You can swim in the Black Sea, the beach is nearby. Well, the kids and I didn’t know where to go from the heat, we waited 3 hours on the bus. To the ostrich farm a little more than 1 hour, 450 rubles. transfer, 100 rubles. entrance (up to 6 years free of charge). Very cool for little kids! But... little time... We were given 1 hour for inspection and back. Although there you can walk all 3. In addition to ostriches, a petting zoo is organized. Animal food 30 rub. big package. Everyone can be fed and stroked: piglets, goats, rams, donkeys, nutrias, rabbits, geese, chickens, ducks, peacocks. The children were delighted. There is a playground - a slide, carousels, a labyrinth, etc. There is a restaurant with traditional and exotic cuisine, we took with us (you couldn’t make it there in an hour, we were packed, order as soon as you arrive) an ostrich steak (450 rubles a portion). Roaring and kicking children were stuffed into the bus, because they had not walked up for an hour and did not want to leave. In general, there are complaints about the organization of the excursions themselves. By the way, a group transfer is decent - a Mercedes minibus, a good driver.
Upon arrival and departure, we ordered our transfer. Crimean taxi Scarlet Sails. A comfort category car (we were driven by a chic Hyundai crossover, huge with a spacious leather interior and climate control and child seats) cost us 3800 there and 3500 back (discount for ordering in both directions at once). Economy car is cheaper. Everything can be viewed on their website. I liked the service very much. Met-taken away punctually, the driver is very good, polite, helped with the suitcases. Corresponded with the dispatcher by email. mail and viber. From Simferopol airport 3.5 hours. The road is being repaired, only the boarding house itself is very bad. On the way back, a lot has been done on the track.
By connection: I have Beeline, I have activated the service My country, outgoing and SMS for 3 rubles. On the territory of the boarding house Wi-Fi, quite decent quality, they called on Skype without problems, the administrator has the password.
Well, in general, I liked it. Ask if we would go there again - definitely YES! Will I recommend to friends - YES! I hope the infrastructure and the list of services will be expanded and improved. Many thanks to the staff, they work very hard.
