I found this place in 2015 when I was traveling by car with my family (2 adults and 2 children): We were warmly welcomed, fed, drunk, warmed up (we stopped to spend the night, stayed for a week).
This year we went for the third time (with friends for the second) in eight (4 adults 4 children)
Food, as before, at the height (fed with homemade food 3 times) by the standards of the Crimea is very not expensive and very convenient.
According to a pre-order, we were brought lamb and pork. We had a great time.
The rooms are cozy and comfortable.
SPECIALLY:
- A garden in a closed large area (paths, gazebos, benches, clearings, swings, Peacocks in a corral, frogs, hedgehogs). It is very convenient with children: they were kicked out into the territory - both in the air and on the territory at the same time, very convenient
- The beach is 100 meters from the territory (base on the first line). The beach is wide (sand 20 meters, then fine growth 50 meters) and endless length.

The service is very attentive, the owners (Stas and Katya) are great!
Disadvantages: remoteness from the city, in fact it is a village, although for us this is a general advantage (we live in a metropolis)
We are planning to come next. year with friends.
Recommendations for owners: organize an information stand on the sights of the surroundings, hang a detailed map of the area.
