Leaving for the New World, I was somewhat timid because this hotel is brand new and at the time of departure I found only two reviews and they were ambiguous. So I'll try to be as objective as possible.
Stayed there for a week, loved it.
It should be noted right away that for lovers of discos and clubs, the New World is not very suitable because it is a very quiet village breathing nature.
The hotel is located on a quiet street without the noise of cafes and passing cars, you won't even see the crowds of vacationers passing by.
Often traveling around Ukraine I have seen enough of hotels with absolutely diverse conditions, I want to say that "3 + 2" fully corresponds to the price-quality statement.

We lived on the ground floor in a large room for three. Large double bed and one and a half for a child, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. What else is needed? True, there is no utensils in the room, but this is easily fixable. Entering the kitchen you will be given everything you need. The only drawback of the room can be called the fact that my husband constantly complained about the mattress (supposedly uncomfortable). But this is not at all a disadvantage for people who are not accustomed to soft orthopedic mattresses.
The food is good and plentiful. We went for breakfast and took either lunch or dinner. This was quite enough for the whole day, considering that delicious pasties are sold on the embankment, and awesome pancakes are fried in a nearby cafe.
For couples with small children, I want to give advice. Take strollers with you, the path to the sea is with a slope (go back downhill). We did not take a stroller and my husband regretted it on the second day. Because having roasted in the sun it is hard to pull up a one-year-old son.
I want to immediately clarify the situation with the distance to the sea. The village itself is located in a fragrant juniper grove. The buildings are located on the sea-front (cafes and several hotels). Further, a rather significant territory is occupied by juniper, and the village itself follows it. Tobish, to get to the sea, you need to go through this park for 5-10 minutes, back it all depends on your capabilities.
In general, I liked everything very much. If there are any questions about the room, they can always be resolved with the owners.
