On the territory you can almost constantly observe (working) owners, this is good - what can you call to resolve the issue, but not everyone likes it, if on the other hand. By the way, the owners are very nice and helpful people. Good attitude towards children.
To relax there, it is desirable that the car is at hand, because the sea and other delights of nature are not very close. About 15 minutes to the sea, I would argue : )
Service in the room can be designated, "if the owners do not forget about you" or in other words, you have to go and ask for everything, as a rule, nothing is done by itself. By the way, what to ask for is also not indicated anywhere, and it remains to be guessed whether the room cleaning is included in the price or not.

Olenevka itself is very specific and if you are tired of cities, then perhaps this is your place. Chickens, ducks, donkeys and other representatives walk the streets of the village. The smell is concomitant.
The beach is large, you can always find a place (but it's almost impossible to find a toilet or changing room : ). The sea is valid, especially when the smooth surface and good weather.
