We rested as a family of 2 adults and 2 children in a two-room suite on the 1st floor. the children were given a room with air conditioning, they themselves were located in a room with a TV. in the children's room, with the window open, one could hear those who were passing along the street, and cars, but not as noise, but as a background at a certain time of traffic, with the window closed, there is very little background. I agree with the idea from another review that there was not enough table in the room - of course, you could have a bite to eat at the common tables, but for the sake of ice cream or a cocktail I didn’t want to go out into the courtyard : ). And there is enough space for a table. Katya herself admitted this and I think that in the future this shortcoming will be corrected. children from all rooms were constantly playing in the hall - a kind of mobile mini-group of noisy response. a sofa (and a table) would not be superfluous there, but not TV - the acoustics are such that all the inhabitants of the 2 floors would get tired of it very quickly. By the way, the idea with a sofa, as I understand it, is almost ready to be realized. at the expense of drying clothes - we had the opportunity to "hang ourselves" for 3 drying, no one emphasized to us that this was the master's, but this was common, and we used everyone (on the sunny side everything dried naturally faster : )). and perhaps the last drop of pepper (not in the ointment! ) - this is about the culture of vacationers: smoking areas - ashtrays were portable, and people with cigarettes were located where it was convenient for them (at the next table where other people's children ate, in the yard where someone was on a swing hovering or who just read on the street). we, as non-smokers, could not understand this behavior, as a result, for most dinners and lunches, we chose a dining room in the basement, since no one smoked in the room, and you could watch TV. I'm not sure that something depends on the owners, but if suddenly Katya and Sergey find a solution to this issue, it will only be a plus.
and now the pros:
- communication - this hotel was found on this site, and at first I thought that some of the reviews were "sham", but in reality everything turned out as they wrote, and better. special thanks to Katya for detailed and quick answers on "soap" at the time of preliminary negotiations

- silence in the area (not counting the rare daytime flights at airfields in the area)
- relative cleanliness on the beach! I haven’t seen anything like this in other places lately - you can lie down almost anywhere!
- The food is very good. we had enough for all 2 adults + 1 child. servings. Thanks to Lyubov Ivanovna!!!
- extra menu (dishes and drinks on order) - quite! the prices are quite real, and the quality is very, very.
- service in general - THANKS to Katya, Sergey, Ira and other helpers! not a single request was left without attention, the wishes were fulfilled without claims and questions, with understanding and participation for the vacationers. I put 8 only because there is no limit to perfection : )
- the territory is not a seaside boulevard, but it is quite easy to disperse and find a corner for solitude. and I saw many vacationing neighbors once a day, before dinner, so it’s not appropriate to talk about crowding and crowding, IMHO.
- entertainment for children, for which the budget was allocated in advance, replaced joint games with peers from -3 to +3 years old, and the money went to treats : ) parents managed to relax without the role of a permanent warden.
In summary: it’s easier to get there with a car, but without it it’s not a tragedy;
the rest turned out the way you wanted - a minimum of worries, a maximum of time for yourself, and all thanks to the service and attention to vacationers; I didn’t feel like a wallet for the owners, from which you need to get everything to the maximum - only the desire to help relax;
at prices they wrote here, compared with cafes, etc. - as they say, there are no big prices and small ones, there are prices that suit you or not. everything suited me, and I can’t call this place a target for spenders.
