We rested in the month of August in the guest house "Breeze" Frunzenskoye highway, 3A, Partenit town. The choice fell on this hotel because of its proximity to the sea (350 m from the beach), but nowhere is it indicated that it is a stone down from a cliff! ) But in fact more than 1 km along a steep serpentine road. To the sea for about 15 minutes, and the way back in the afternoon sun took 20-25 minutes. The first 3 days the legs fell off, but then they got involved) I categorically do not advise the elderly and the core to go.
As for the room itself, it was a one-room tiny room for 2 people with a cheap, uncomfortable pull-out sofa. At first I booked a room for two, but then a third person joined us and I, having called the owner of the hotel Natalya, agreed on an extra bed in the form of a folding chair. But no one told me about the small size of the room, and when we arrived at the settlement, there were no other options. I had to huddle and squeeze between the unfolded sofa and armchair for three, and in the morning collect them back. Bed linen is the cheapest, but clean. There were no bath towels, only small ones for hands and face. Room cleaning on request is carried out every 4-5 days with a change of linen for stays of more than 5 days at the hotel.
There are no comments about cleanliness and maintenance. New wallpaper, room without foreign odors) The room has air conditioning, a small (but noisy at night) refrigerator, plasma TV with hissing idle channels from a local repeater (Krym 24 channel was the only one you could watch, but oh well, the TV is not so important at sea ), terribly slow Wi-Fi, a two-door wardrobe with a mirror, a coffee table, an electric kettle. Individual tiled bathroom with a modern shower, toilet and sink, but ventilated only when the lights are on. The smell in it is terrible. Water constantly leaked from under the cabin, and there were no rags to collect water in the room. I constantly had to cross this puddle...

Of the cutlery in the room, 2 cups, 1 plate, 2 glasses and 2 glasses were waiting for us) I asked the owner of the hotel (Natalia's husband-Sergey, a former military man, a very unpleasant and gloomy, eternally dissatisfied person) for another 1 cup, 3 teaspoons, 1 plate and a scabbard, which received an indignant answer that this was not a dining room for us, but he nevertheless gave us the cutlery.
The cost of living 2000 / day + 500 surcharge for a third person (which no one warned us about when booking !!! ) included breakfast))))))))))) This is a separate sore subject... Kind people, hotel owners so that you eat like this on your vacation for the rest of your life !!! )) You don’t know how, you don’t want, you DO NOT WISH!! ! cooking - do not reassure guests with loud statements that breakfast is included! Guests are not pigs! and minimalism and economy in this case are not appropriate. I advise you, Natalya and Sergey, to learn service from the Turks) Thanks to people like you, Crimea will never, with such an approach to vacationers, receive the flow of tourists that it deserves due to its climate, air and nature. A tourist should not tolerate your dislike for himself, paying not the cheapest price for a vacation!
Our vacation was saved thanks to the good weather, clean warm water and Mishka (Mount Ai-Petri), a few dozen meters from which there is a city beach, with a small promenade and cafes. The price tag in the cafe is tolerable, but for a permanent meal it turns out quite expensive. And cooking by yourself, hotel guests are forbidden in the "friendly" Breeze)) Therefore, they returned home tanned and slender! )
