I chose this resort based on reviews of beautiful nature, clean beach and good food... (I searched the entire Internet).
And this is the third day since I arrived with my husband and daughter from this sanatorium. The impressions of nature and the purity of the air are simply amazing. They lived in the second building high on a mountain, descended to the sea on an elevator and went through a cool-saving tunnel. For the first two days it seemed that it was a little far to go to the sea, and then we somehow got used to it and did not even notice how quickly we reached a beautiful, shady, fragrant park. I must say right away that I knew where I was going and, as for the shabby 2nd building, it was not a shock for us. Yes, old furniture, but everything is working, if there was any problem with plumbing - everything was done very quickly. By the way, in the second building there are now completely new beds. They were changed three days before our departure with comfortable, new mattresses. A folding bed for a child was first brought very old and dirty, covered in dust. I asked to be replaced and without further ado, a completely new one was immediately found?
The child was prescribed a lot of things from the treatment - massage, inhalation, ultrasound, salt cave, dermatological baths (by the way, no one demanded any money). For two or three days according to the schedule, we honestly tried to visit everything prescribed by doctors, but we realized that we see the sea only after 15 hours. They left only - massage, ultrasound and a salt cave, which is especially useful for children and adults who often suffer from bronchitis and tonsillitis. The session lasts 30 minutes, sitting on comfortable rocking chairs, putting your feet on the ottoman. Calm music plays, the starry sky, all the walls are covered with growths of salt from the mines, there is also salt under your feet. My daughter fell asleep at all sessions and her nose then breathed well (we are allergic).
So the medical base there is very good - especially the 2nd medical building.
In terms of nutrition - a solid five (I emphasize - like a canteen). The menu is very good - you can choose from several items. Even the husband of not thin complexion ate enough. (we ate in the dining room number 4). She was very close to our building.
There is a dolphinarium on the territory, every evening at 19-00 a disco for children with songs, games and dances, a cinema where performances are held for children every evening (for a fee). We also went to the summer theater on the territory for a concert by Yefim Shifrin (whenever we went to see it at home)).
The beach is clean, sun loungers are assigned to each vacationer. The only bad thing is that everyone is allowed into the territory for money and from 10 in the morning the central entrance turns into a bunch of people going to the beach. The sunbeds were constantly occupied and we also had to apologize that they say our sunbeds are free, please. I was surprised by the reaction of people - for all the time not a single person apologized, and some even tried to be rude and download rights. I had to carry all the time sanatorium books, where our sunbeds were indicated. A very unpleasant situation.
We were also surprised that there were no smokers (or rather, they were in specially designated areas). It was great for us and during our stay we completely lost the habit of the nasty smell of smoke. When we went out of the territory to the market, the first thing that smell immediately climbed into my nose was even my husband, who quit smoking 2 years ago and was surprised himself how he could smoke this abomination on us. So for me this ban is a plus for the sanatorium. Crowded dumps, to be honest, I didn’t see it, maybe there were - I don’t know... I just somehow didn’t pay attention.
So my score is 7 points out of 10 (for the old and terrible plumbing and furniture of 1969, except for the new beds, and the shells themselves, shabby in appearance and from the outside).
