In general, everything is fine, it is warm here even at night, although it is +13 at home, so this little thing did not overshadow the rest. . . the view is crazy from the room. the room is excellent. TAGIL arrived a day later. TAGIL RULES. . they really got me. looking ahead, I’ll say that with the windows closed (it’s on the sea, when you want to breathe and hear the sound of the sea), you could hear their women neighing. leaving the room (unrealistically angry) around 12 at night, in order to ask TAGIL to be quieter, I met a security guard on the stairs, who (to give credit) reassured them in a minute. the next day, great weather, great breakfast, awesome view from the room, everything is super! signed up for a massage, a sauna, a dolphinarium for some obscure reason did not work, well, God bless him. in the evening at the restaurant the waiters were asked: "can we drink that bottle of wine that you gave at dinner? " the answer was: "no", well, no and no. . my surprise knew no bounds when TAGIL came in full force for breakfast with a bottle of wine, the waiter Sergey brought them glasses with a smile. . . okay, they forgot about it in half an hour, on a pebble beach, with a warm sea, a minimum of people, shrimp, fish and beer. . the jokes started. . it turns out the boy at the reception (young, with speech impediments) incorrectly signed us up for a massage, with 2 sessions we flew by (masseur-KING, from all the staff, he eats his bread for good reason). he ended up not even apologizing. I am silent about the promised oxygen boilers, they have been forgotten about. the room (junior suite) was cleaned once, we are not pigs, thanks for that. the sauna is excellent, although on the second visit, it was not cleaned, there were some cups on the table, etc. , in general, I liked it (good rooms, food, view from the rooms), if not for all sorts of BUT. Dear hotel owners (if you read this review), my advice to you is to be more attentive to the selection of staff.
