The overall impression is positive: yes, the hotel is small, but it is quiet and comfortable. All the staff (security, porter service, girls from the restaurant and cleaners) are very polite, friendly and no pretense. Special HUGE thanks to the massage therapist Pavel - a fan of his work. Instead of the prescribed 30 min. massage, devoted an hour and a half of time, while not even hinting at an extra charge and was constantly interested in my well-being : ) It was Pavel that I would remember for the long winter days!! ! At the expense of construction on the territory: hello, people! Winter in Crimea is not a season, therefore, naturally, any sanatorium, hotel, etc. uses this time for its expansion and improvement. Who called you to the Crimea in winter?? ? that now they are unhappy. . . By the way, the only inconvenience of the construction site is that you had to bypass the building materials, otherwise the builders were quite adequate. In general, they didn’t interfere with us, we didn’t sit in the yard, we went on excursions more and walked in parks. So, now about some shortcomings in the room and the hotel in general: in the shower room there is a bad stand on which the mixer holder is adjusted, it constantly falls and the same thing in the sauna shower; Of course, this causes some inconvenience, but not so much as to directly spit in the direction of the hotel. I don't think that other hotels and sanatoriums do not have such minor shortcomings. There are really two glasses in the room, but have you tried asking the restaurant for more? I approached the girl with a request, no one refused : ) The water in the pool was +25 degrees all the time. On the street, by the way, they cleaned it constantly, because men bathed in it after a sauna. So what else. . . in terms of food, well, let's just say - in terms of deliciousness for 4, in terms of serving size and serving for 5. Very tasty teas. I also remembered by the number: they settled in a clean one, without complaints. Towels were changed every day, the room was cleaned every other time - as for me, 5 days is normal. In general, we were satisfied and, perhaps, will come here again. To everyone who wants luxury and chic in every detail, wishes to go to Italy, Spain, etc. , and preferably in 5 stars, then you will not regret it!
