where to choose an apartment for families with children and prams in Partenit?
We rented an apartment in Partenit. for the price it was 400 gr two-room in august and 350 in september. (2000 and 1500 rubles). But these caratiras were located in the most convenient place, in my opinion, if you are with a stroller. If there is no stroller, then you can find cheaper ones. We went to the beach in the Crimean sanatorium (see my review and pictures of the beach) - but they paid not officially, but in the hand of the guard - 15 gr for three people = 60 rubles. (officially 15 per person + 5 per child). What should be considered when choosing a residence address. That everything, except for one street, immediately from the gates of the sanatorium (and consider the beach only at the sanatorium, I don’t take the city into account - see my review) begin to climb uphill !! ! And crawling there with strollers is just awful!! ! THERE is an ascent with a steepness of 30-40 degrees for sure. In general, if only dad is a heavy truck, and then on the second day he will be a psycho. Walking depends on the child, but it is also difficult even for an adult, let alone children. . . Only one street - Solnechnaya (central) goes with a slight slope, and even then my hands pumped up hoo myself ! ! So the next two houses to the gates of the sanatorium so that NOT up a steep mountain is dd. 11 and 12 on Solnechnaya street. You can also go further along it, but it turns out even further and everything is uphill, after all, so it’s hard with a stroller and a child. And please note that house 15 is nearby on the map, but in fact it stands on a hill where there is a steep staircase!! ! House 13 is also normally located behind House 12 Privat Hotel. It's really small - apparently there are just rooms (I don't know the coordinates, but you can find it - there is another wine store in the whole city). In house 13, all the windows will either end up on a rock (house 15 stands on the cat) or on trees, the cat is tall there and they close the windows in this house completely - it is five-story. But in principle, we are not going to sit in apartments, but the place is also convenient for those with children. I have it in the photo. Plus, this place has a promenade with cafes nearby, a playground nearby, a pharmacy, a clinic and everything else. Plus right there (from dd. 11.12, 15) there is a small boulevard on the cat there are benches and you can sit in the evening, but it is really small - a heel of 15-20 meters in diameter. BUT enjoyable. More st. Parkovaya d. 3 - there is also no slide. hive. Victory goes up sharply (these are houses on the map No. 4.6, 8, etc. ). Then gently sloping, but you have to climb the hill first. Like in the picture I had. st. the partenite one also rises 30 degrees. It was hard for me to even get up to look and I refused the apartment there, cat. It was cheaper than the one where we began to live. Rocky lane - the name already speaks for itself! Another option is to live on the street. Nagornaya. If you go from the center, then you have to go uphill. but on the other hand, it has its own entrance to the sanatorium - and you don’t have to go uphill there - they are both on the mountain. So if you do not often go to the city, then it is good to live there, not crowded. And the path to the beach will go through the sanatorium - such a pleasant path. Yes, the whole road from house 11 along Solnechnaya street where we lived took us 15 minutes - with a stroller and with a child of 6 years old in addition. But it’s nice to go - since most of them walk through the park, and the second part along the alley with souvenirs - you stare and time flies quickly, in general it didn’t really bother you. How to shoot - easy! I arrived at the final stop by taxi = a platform near the main entrance of the sanatorium, there is also a cinema next to it (it is not working now). So there sits a person of 5 "agents" on chairs in the shade, she said what she needed. they began to drive - I went to all the streets, but immediately from the site I saw that only a straight street without mountains would suit me and you could see the nearest house along it. I reached him, and there, on the opposite side of the road (on chairs in the shade), more agents were sitting) So I asked them, they immediately took me to the apartment. It so happened that I first chose a house, and already found an apartment in it. On all the streets there are such "agents" - they sit on chairs near houses with signs in their hands. So you can choose a house, and even look at an apartment in it. There were a lot of options in mid-August and I think it was also in July (prices started from 150-200 UAH - but I don’t know what conditions - I didn’t go. I asked on which street and if I saw that I had to go up the hill, I refused) . So I think it makes no sense to shoot in advance, if only in a particular house. For children, there were slides and trampolines on the beach of the Crimean resort, but the trampolines are open and jumping in them in the heat is a fainting spell. The slide was in a pool with TAAAKYO water, that I don’t even know who dared to get there - I didn’t see them : ) There are cars = rocking chairs + machines on the square near the pier at the end of the promenade. there were also electric cars on the promenade. The disco was for children, but it's just music and that's it - cheer yourself up. and paid, I don’t remember - it seems 10 hryvnia. Dolphinarium is good. In the city on st. Solnechnaya near the square where the gate to the Crimea has a restaurant and near there are also machines and rocking chairs = cars. Well, it's all for the kids. On the beach there is a rental of mattresses and circles - 5 gr. = 20 rubles a circle for an hour. or 10 for 3 hours. The same goes for vests and sleeves. Everything for swimming and rugs are sold everywhere, cheaper than in Moscow. Souvenirs in the bathroom "Crimea" is more expensive than on the alley of souvenirs on Solnechnaya. ON the main alley in the sanatorium Crimea on the cat. you go to the beach from Ch. there is a dairy tent at the entrance - from a dairy plant - they always took milk there on the way back, and gave it to the children too - there were no poisonings. Taxis were taken from the station, the same money from the airport (my husband was flying). I don’t remember exactly, but it seemed to be 1200 rubles. Taxi drivers are dark. You don’t have to take it right at the door, just go to the square! It’s cheaper there. We also went back by taxi - in the same place with the agents on the "heel" of the main one and asked for the bodies of taxi drivers, plus they also hang out there. But the prices are different! So ask!! ! Plus, every hour or even more often there is a bus to the station. Somehow a ticket is cheap, but I don’t remember how many, we didn’t go. SAMI went to the Aquapark, which is in the direction of Alushta. It turned out cheaper than taking a tour. we went by taxi + there we bought tickets at the entrance. The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to go by 10 o’clock, then by 11, etc. (they let you in two or three times). And that already at 16 o'clock it is closed!!!!! ! There is nothing special for children there - everything is fried, but something may change, because places are provided, but they sell only at two points. So take bananas, apples, water with you. Back from the Aquapark, we walked all the way to Alushta along the embankment (it stands on the embankment) and after walking there, we went out to the central square and left by local bus for a penny. We left the water park at about 15:00, and the last pictures in Alushta were taken at 17:50. So it took about 3 hours in total to "TO Alushta on foot with a stroller and with a 6-year-old child + a walk around Alushta to the square with buses" . Conclusion - everything was fine. And how long it will be - I don’t know - the Crimean sanatorium is building another HUGE building - it will block all the buildings put together by the number of guests. AND WHERE PEOPLE WILL BE lying on the beach, I DO NOT PRESENT AT ALL!!!!!!!!! ! The city beach cannot be taken into account, as well as the beach of Aivazovsky - why? - see my review and photos about San. Crimea. Therefore, I liked the vacation, but I will not go there again. It's a pity. . . Beautiful place!
