What we liked:
- an excellent mild climate, for a small child it is the most similar to the climate at home (we are from Kyiv), but plus the sea;
- the territory is beautiful, everything is clean, tidy, there is a place to take a walk (a lake with a pelican, which you can stroke and feed, ducks, swans, you can even catch fish, only for a fee; flowers, fountains, squirrels; playground with a large cage with parrots, there the same shooting range; a fenced area where deer and wild boars are kept); We went out for a walk outside Chernomorets once - horror! Dirt, poverty, everything is kind of gray, dilapidated, gendelyks killed, everywhere the smell of shawarma and all that, fi... ;
- the beach is clean, the sea is clean, the pebbles are small, there is a small area with a shade, a volleyball court, which is nice, the staff sometimes brings cookies and sandwiches right to the beach and a bar with fabulous prices;

- buffet meals, everything is very tasty and varied, wine every day for lunch (it’s a pity that not for dinner, but if there was a 24-hour restaurant on site for dinner, although it disappeared in the last few days before departure), a separate children's table pleased with diet food and the presence of high chairs too. In general, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, and looks exactly like a restaurant, not a dining room;
- SPA-center, adequate prices for procedures;
- calm, safe, the territory is closed, people have a decent rest, the stroller and beach things were left under the body, on the bench I forgot my bag once, came to my senses an hour later, returned - on the spot.
Now what I didn't like:
- The first unpleasant impression was already upon arrival. We bought a ticket through an agency for a family class room (friends advised us a one and a half room suite in the third building without a balcony, it is located like a room with the letter "G", i. e. a space with a wardrobe, a sofa, a table, a TV, and behind corner double bed), before arriving on the site, they clarified whether this room was accurate and whether everything was in order with the reservation, received a positive answer. We arrived, and they settled us in the second building in a room on the second floor of a completely different format - an ordinary square room without a balcony, but spacious. Of course, we were indignant and demanded what we ordered, to which the administrators twisted their dissatisfied faces, saying that this is also a family class number and its footage is the same, it’s just that the form is different, and those numbers you are talking about are all busy, and began to offer us rooms on the class is lower (the only thing that is free), since we don't like what we have. And the payment has already been made. Well, we, of course, having already gritted our teeth, stayed where we settled. As a result, we even liked the room due to two factors: it’s not sunny and, accordingly, it’s not hot in it, of course there is air conditioning, but a small child, and paradoxically, not a single mosquito flew in for all two weeks, although they bit on the street; So, if you go there, I advise you to immediately indicate the number of the room and building in the ticket

- Animators, absolutely incompetent, it is clear that anyone was hired to work. Not only were they practically not seen during the entire vacation (only in the evenings at a children's disco and playing table tennis with each other a couple of times), but in the end they found out that it turns out that for vacationers, almost every day there was some then an entertainment program to which they had to actively invite, such as a table tennis tournament, shooting at a shooting range (in the evening my husband liked to go shoot for 10 UAH a set), archery, football, volleyball, etc. All this could be seen was terribly classified by themselves animators. But, excuse me, for that kind of money you can go to Italy for a couple of weeks. . . Outrageous!;
- Well, the staff itself is rude, especially the administrators, you approach with any question (for example, the batteries in the air conditioner’s remote control are dead or you need to find a maid), you get an answer with a look as if you are asking for something impossible at all!;
- Expensive for such a holiday.
BUT... Even despite all the disadvantages, we wanted to go there this year, again, while the child is small, the conditions there are better for him than on the South Coast and food and territory... But it wasn’t there. When we go on vacation, we usually buy a ticket in advance, it’s more profitable, there are seats, it’s cheaper and it’s more rational to buy tickets. I tried to book a room for a month and tried to get us an invoice. I received the following answer: we have booked a room for you, but we have problems with computers, in particular with e-mail, as soon as it works, we will send it to you. The month was spent waiting, I periodically called, reminded, received an answer either again about the mail, or that the administrator who made the reservation fell ill, while others could not, etc. , in general, I got tired of it and I decided to try again through the agency. To my surprise, several agencies said that they were not working with Chernomorets this year, and in one the administrator advised the Luchezarny boarding house in the village of Nikolaevka, also on the Western coast of Crimea, as an alternative, and said that it was no worse in terms of level, but the price nicer and generally nicer there. Well, my husband and I asked around friends who went, it turned out that many and all are happy. Well, we decided that, well, its Chernomorets, we will try to go to Radiant this year. We are going at the end of June. And in Chernomorets I wrote 2 letters of refusal to book, and even I did not receive a response to them. This is how they love their customers.
