We had a family vacation in Mar Le Mare in mid-June. In general, the impression of the hotel is good. I'll start with the pros:
1. Food at a very good level, a variety of dishes, everything is fresh, own pastries.
2. Excellent animation for children, children are constantly busy with something, the program is scheduled for the whole day.
3.3 heated pools, one inflatable with sea water for children is located on the beach.
4. The hotel is located in a pine forest, silence, calmness, birds chirp, saw squirrels several times.
5. The rooms are well equipped.
6. Well trained staff.
Minuses:
1. Tiles on the floor in the rooms, respectively, the floor is cold.
2. During the whole week of our stay, there was a puddle near the toilet in our room, we turned to the staff, the problem was not fixed (it seems to be a trifle, but unpleasant, every time we bypassed this puddle).
3. The hotel does not provide soap and shampoo, only upon arrival they give out a set that ends the next day, so you need to take it with you. Even on arrival in the room there should have been water in the refrigerator, 2 bottles of 0.5 each, we did not find it there : ).
4. There is no cocktail menu at the bar, you need to ask the waiter everything (cost, composition, etc. )
5. The sea is clean in the morning, the water is clear, in the afternoon - muddy, they usually swam in the pool.
6. Entertainment for adults is absent, while children are entertained by animators, parents are bored.
7. The hotel has a cinema hall, but for some reason no films were shown. On Saturday they brought us the program of the day, where it was written that the film would be shown, but there was no film, no one even warned about it.
Probably, this is the only hotel of this format in the western Crimea (and maybe in the whole Crimea) so far. I was very pleased that all the information presented on the hotel's website corresponds to reality.
