Holidays together with my husband in Mar Le Mar at the end of August 2011. Before any trip, we surf the Internet, read reviews and look at pictures) So, we knew almost everything about Mar Le Mar, it remains to see it with our own eyes) So,
Hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 4pm. Because check-in takes place from 14.00, then we were settled instantly! A nice girl at the reception named Nonna gave us the keys and took us to our cottage number 7 (which is closest to the sea), telling us what and where is located along the way : ) The hotel area is very beautiful! Everything is in the pines, respectively, my nose smelled the smell of pine needles as soon as you entered the gates of Mar Le Mar!
Number. Entering the room, we were a little stunned . . studio room . . excellent . . high ceilings, everything is very stylish! See the pictures) The only inconvenience is the TV, you can’t watch it while lying on the bed : )) We rarely watched it, but if we did, we laid out the sofa : )
Food (buffet). We liked it! Delicious and varied! Everyone could find something that suits their language : ) and children, and vegetarians, and just lovers of food))) From fruits: grapes, apples, peaches, melon, watermelon, plums : ) Yum-yum)
Entertainment. To be honest, when we were driving, we were a little worried that it would be boring. Thought that the hotel is designed purely for families with children. But . . beach, 3 bars, billiards (free of charge), pool (quite large, water temperature about 25 degrees, there were always enough sunbeds) - we were never bored, we always found something to do : ) We got to know all the bartenders - great guys - connoisseurs your business! They made cocktails - just hit it! It was nice not only to drink, but also to watch the process! And, by the way, the prices in the bars are absolutely adequate and do not bite : ) Before Sandy km 2, but we never went there, but what to do there? ) There is a small shop on the beach, it’s convenient when the bar on the beach closes, you can buy a bottle beer and meet the sunset : )) Well, you can meet without beer, of course)) And the sunsets are simply breathtaking!
Sea. We were a bit unlucky with the sea (It was quite cold, but more or less calm : ( We only swam enough on the last day) The previous days were so cold that when entering the water our legs went numb. . Brrr. . Yes, and a little uncomfortable entry - there are quite large stones, which are easy to catch on : ( I heard that at the moment there are no stones anymore. And the beach is quite good - sunbeds, umbrellas were enough for everyone) And most importantly, the beach is its own - no left people, only hotel vacationers.
Pleasant trifles. My husband's birthday fell on one of the rest days) It was nice to see his name and congratulations in the hotel's daily newspaper - a brochure that covers everyday events and events that will take place at the hotel) By the way, this newspaper is very useful! You wake up in the morning, and it is already on the table on the terrace and you can immediately get acquainted with the plans for the day, as well as find out the temperature of the water in the sea, in the pool and the air temperature) And two bottles of BonAqua every day on our table - also pleasant, but very necessary trifle)
Little misunderstandings. It's still not clear to me . . There is a shower gel in the bathroom - these are two small "probes" that are used when you first take a shower. Then this shower gel is not added. Those. used once and that's it. The question is why is it needed at all? Or is it calculated that a person takes a shower once during the entire period of rest? : ) This remained a mystery to me... : ) There is no shampoo at all - they took it with them)
Offers. I bring fridge magnets home from any trips) But I didn’t bring fridge magnets from this trip : ( Therefore, I have a suggestion that Mar Le Mar sell his branded magnets on the territory of the hotel, for example, you can make a small rack at the reception : ) I think that this proposal would be supported not only by me : )
