so we decided to leave a review about this hotel. the opinion of each member of my family (husband, wife, son-10 years old) will be taken into account in the review.
upon arrival, we were met, issued quickly, had a tour of the hotel, helped to unload things, we parked the car in a guarded parking lot (we didn’t care where our car was, far from the room or close, it was guarded and what else was needed) and our vacation began .
the main thing that we immediately felt (and this feeling did not leave us until we left) was that they were waiting for us here, we are welcome here! the staff is very friendly (all the staff! - I emphasize! ) and sympathetic. I’ll give an example. On the very first morning, our son decided to assemble the sofa himself, but it didn’t work out (turned it almost the other way). We began to deal with this, but the maid, passing by and learning about the problem, offered to go to breakfast and not worry about this. when we got back everything was done in the best possible way. someone will say a trifle, and I will say that for me the service consists of these trifles.

There are no comments on the number (junior suite), and if they arose, they were eliminated immediately. the husband didn’t like the pillow (small) they told the maid, she brought two more, the sports channel disappeared on the TV (there was an Olympics) - they called the administrator, everything appeared. change towels and beach and bath towels at least every day. We didn’t need disposable cosmetics (because for me it is always of dubious quality) and we refused, but paper napkins were always handy for us. 1 liter of drinking water was enough for us. water, air conditioning, TV, internet, etc. no problem.
Much has already been said about good territory, I will not repeat it.
We liked the new beach. we were mostly on the sandy level, there were no problems with sunbeds and shade. drinks on the beach can be ordered both from the bar and from the main restaurant, waiters walk along the beach and making an order is not difficult. I won’t write about prices, everyone has their own concept of “expensive” or “cheap”. There were no problems with the entrance, it was problems, not very convenient, yes.
So much has already been said about nutrition that I don’t know if I’ll be original. we weren’t hungry (although we were picky eaters). We liked a lot, but sometimes the dishes definitely didn’t taste good (sweet borscht or cottage cheese with kiwi, you can’t do this! you can’t combine dairy with kiwi, well, hello to the cook). very good pasta, meat with vegetables, pilaf is what they cooked with us. compotes and uzvars were not very cold, but the waiters brought ice and the issue was resolved. but I wouldn't tear off the cook's arms and legs.

animation is a topic that deserves a separate review. and so, after dinner and until evening, we did not see our son. I don’t even know what they occupied him with, but the fact that he disappeared all the time is a fact. children, of course, are different in temperament, interests, and age, but my child said that he felt like in an interesting camp, only with his parents. about adult animation: volleyball, football, petanque, water polo, table tennis and finally "mafia". We didn't have time to get bored, everything was scheduled by the hour. I don't know, maybe such active adults gathered during our vacation, but organize commands were not difficult. we take this opportunity to convey our warm greetings to the entire "mafia" at the end of July. Special thanks to Natalia for this and to the animators Lesha, Denis and everyone else for a fun vacation. there is billiards, almost always, by the way, free. I was always alone in the gym. so anyone can find entertainment if you want. excursions were not interested, because. We believe that in order to see the Crimea, spring or autumn is more suitable, but not summer. were in a water park in Evpatoria - nonsense! , so for show, no conditions, no extreme.
The new pool is great. at first I was not pleased that the child could not visit him, but after the first stay there, I thought how good it was that there were no children there. Just sunbathe, swim, lie in silence (without screaming and yelling). and the events that took place there did not affect the vacationers in any way (neither the influx of people, nor the noise).
if you would like: you can put benches between the cottages and the parking lot, but the place allows; more pavilions at the restaurant; to expand the filmography in the cinema hall (we were there once, we watched an excellent film, it is very comfortable in the chairs, but... we would go again if we found something to watch); determine the significance of bracelets (my husband did not wear it for a day, so for smart comrades this is a field for activity of any kind).
