Rested this year in the "Eastern fairy tale". Point by point:
1. Pros:
- very good hosts Ayder and Elnara. Maintain cleanliness and order, all staff well-trained;
- clean territory, comfortable layout, thanks to which even in rooms without air conditioning it is cool in the heat;
- the presence of its own cafe, where you can always eat tasty and inexpensive. The menu daily includes 5-6 types of first courses, several types of meat. pastries, juices, teas, etc. That is, the food is good;
- the rooms are clean - there is no mold or dirt anywhere (I even checked the mattress covers and pillows - no stains);
- the room has hot water all the time, shower and sewage work flawlessly, there is cable TV with the ability to connect your own flash drives, etc. ;
- Responsible owners. who fulfill the slightest request immediately;
- the presence of a large balcony with tables where there is access to free Internet;

- right next to the hotel there is a shop of the owners with a wide range of products and at good prices
- 2 minutes walk from the hotel - market, shops and close to the bus station, incl. everything is at hand
2. Cons (if they can be considered as such):
- in the season when the occupancy of the hotel is 100%. sometimes it is too noisy (but this is not a claim to the owners who keep order, but to the culture of the guests themselves);
- the cafe is designed not only for hotel guests, but also for everyone. Since this is a really inexpensive and good cafe, there are queues at lunchtime;
- Internet is not available in the rooms. only on the balcony;
- small rooms, although the bathroom is quite spacious;
- 10 minutes walk to the sea (although half of the road lies in the shade of cypress trees, so this distance is easily overcome). If anyone is too lazy to walk to the beach, in 2 minutes you will be driven there by an electric car that runs constantly from the market;
- the beaches are crowded during the season.
