One day it was raining, I decided to take the youngest child (4 years old) to the animators, he sat down to play toys and so he sat playing until I came in 30 minutes, and the animator sat painting her nails, she behaved according to the principle , "Well, I'm nearby, I'm watching, " she didn't play with him, she didn't even ask him his name. We didn’t go to the animators anymore. The animators did everything for show, without initiative, it seemed that they were serving time. We had to remove water from the floor with foot towels, and dirty towels were put in a basin, but the maid did not come every day (although cleaning was by agreement every day), and therefore it was all sour in the basin. On requests to clean every day, we were ignored, the beds were not changed even once, water should be given 2 bottles every day, it was given every other day.

In the middle of the rest, we got tired of being nervous, and all the time thinking about water, then about a puddle in the bathroom, and we decided to relax calmly.

By the way, only families with children rest on the territory of the hotel, I have not seen a single couple without children, and there is NO doctor in the hotel. Thank God that we did not need a doctor, and other people called an ambulance for a fee of 100 dollars. Even in the neighboring Soviet boarding house, where we went to the beach, there is a doctor sitting on the seashore, but we don’t have a doctor anywhere. A woman with a heart attack went to a neighboring boarding house with us, because. we don't even have anyone to measure blood pressure.

Leaving our hotel, there is only one steppe around and to the nearest store, the market is 2.5 km on foot, there is no transport. There is only one shop on the beach, where we had to go.

In short, of all the benefits of the hotel, we used only food and lodging. We found everything else in other places.

The most interesting thing was when we left the hotel, the maids 2 people came to take the room, they checked it so carefully that they even checked the batteries in the remote control, they didn’t count a set of towels, they started demanding payment, we asked to see the price list, they don’t have it , they wrote 400 hryvnias on a piece of paper "from the lantern", we explained to them that when the shower stall was leaking, the maid could pick up wet towels, but she couldn’t bring a new set, not on purpose, she just forgot, they say no and that's it, pay, we began to say that search our suitcases, since we never took towels from the room, and we don’t want to pay for them due to the fault of other people. In short, our departure was delayed for 2 hours, the children were nervous in the car, hungry, since we were no longer entitled to dinner, and we found out about towels.
