We took a two-room suite on the second floor - in one room there is a double bed, the second - "children's" two separate beds, there is also a TV, a bathroom. I liked that the rooms are separated by a door. There was always hot water in the shower, even when the water was turned off in the village, we still had water - there are backup tanks in the house for this case, tiles in the shower, laminate in the rooms, clean, normal beds, bedding, the room was your refrigerator.

The same conditions on the shore cost a lot of money, we went to compare, so we are satisfied with our choice.
I liked that all the photos on the site correspond to reality, and the distance to the sea is indicated correctly, there are no slides in this part of the village, the road is flat, we reached it in 10 minutes with the children.

We constantly used the barbecue (free of charge), rented a pram from the hostess. Nice quiet stay, today booked for parents for September.

The hosts are friendly, I do not see any discrimination. Have taken lunch a couple of times - the food is delicious. Satisfied considering the price. Too bad there are no ATMs. You can pay by card in one store. There are no special entertainments in the village either. Pure beach holiday

1. Location - 600 meters from the sea (as they say) Not Pavda! The hotel is really far away, stands at the foot of the mountain, the road near the hotel (200 meters) is terribly washed out by streams from the mountain. It's hard to get through, even for adults. The rest of the way (if you walk along the main street) 800 meters go down a small hill, and back you go uphill!! ! If you are traveling with children this is very important!
2. The territory is really small, the yard is passable! Neighbors walk constantly and without ceremony
3. Rooms - rooms located on the second floor, there is a very steep staircase! Room on the first floor, there is a kitchen (located on the street), the dishes are very old.
The rooms are very small, all the furniture is homemade (collected from the old). The bathroom in each room is small, with plumbing problems. Airlocks all the time. And the water supply is regulated by the owners (their own well) to wash your hands you need to ask to turn on the water!
4. Meals - breakfast is included in some rooms. You can order from the owners. Dinner for three 750 rubles. In the village there are many private canteens where you can eat cheaper.
5. Hozyaeva- Attitude . . Whoever is lucky!
The husband of the hostess very often says the phrase - "This is Russia"
Bottom line: do not pay the entire amount at once for accommodation, if you want to change, you may not be able to return the money...

The village itself pleased, there are many cafes and shops for every taste, there is entertainment for children in the evening too. The beach and the sea are amazing!

The rooms are very small, the plumbing was broken, there is no common kitchen available. 20 minutes to the sea along a broken road, we were with a child - they broke the whole stroller while we were walking.

It took 20 minutes to get to the sea (instead of the promised 10).

It took 20 minutes to get to the sea (instead of the promised 10). They wanted to leave - the money was returned only after a statement to the police. Before our departure, the neighbors in the "hotel" made a scandal: they also asked the owners for money for a discrepancy with the number stated on the site. The attitude of the hosts: tolerant, but not welcoming. Ukrainians feel good only for Ukrainians (see reviews).
