I would like to note that for all emerging issues, we turned to Nina Alekseevna, who quickly and clearly responds to any situation.
Cleaning in the room after 3 days, the maids are responsive and polite. Cleaning takes place at a convenient time for guests. A huge plus of the room is a sea view and a large balcony. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the balcony under the sound of the sea.
I would like to thank the hotel administration and make a big request to coordinate with the guests the settlement in neighboring rooms with fighting breeds of dogs, as the remaining 2 days of rest are forced to limit themselves to staying on the balcony. The balcony is combined and the presence of a dangerous dog behind a plaid curtain inspires fear for yourself and the child. Unfortunately, the guests do not respond to the requests of the administration to stay with such a dangerous dog on the common balcony.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest and recommend this hotel to visit!
