The excitement was in vain.
From the moment of arrival until the return of the child - everything is perfect. The organizers are always in touch. They are patient with my questions, polite. It is clear that they are professionals, they know their business. Thank you! - I will not tire of repeating)
The child was in the Wave, due to the pandemic and restrictions, we will call this shift the first. Very satisfied. Accommodation in rooms, meals - everything is as they said, it is. All liked it. He wants to go next year again and only to Volna. Already agreed with new friends)
THANK YOU!!!!
prosperity camp. You know how to make children happy!

The child was in this camp in July 2018 - the worst thing that was there was the food! Everything, literally everything, is diluted with water: juice, squash caviar, vermicelli and cereals are always in water. Even the leaders themselves spat at this gastronomic chaos. The rooms are ugly, that's true. And not all rooms have showers and toilets. so the children go to the neighbors to take a shower, well, or wash themselves in the morning. I don’t even mention such ordinary things as washing the same underwear, but how? let me wash, and then also wash? ))) Going to the sea is a stay on the beach, under umbrellas, either only the counselors swam, or older children, and then sometimes. There are no loungers. For three weeks of stay in the Blue Wave, the child lost weight. Yes, they periodically rummaged through things, when the children were not in the room, things disappeared... The children spoke to the counselors, who, in turn, translated everything into a joke. When visiting a child on Parent's Day and at the end of the shift, they require a copy of the passport - there is no reason for this. This information is not on the official website of the camp, even a stand for parents with information about the leaders (name, phone number, detachment number), the schedule of the day, circles - at the checkpoint there is none))) When you settle in the camp, you are given a copy of the child's birth certificate, ticket and take the child to the medical unit. To the question - Nm wait? Maybe there is something wrong with the references? They replied: No! They'll figure it out! That is, it is possible that your child will live in the same room with those who have pediculosis! Since no one performs this procedure right away! The funny thing is that the leadership of this camp really wants their camp to accept more children for recovery in the future! I will say right away - the child is not picky about food and living conditions, but this is still too much. Perhaps this review will be useful to someone.

It was not possible to come to the beginning of the shift, unfortunately, the Administration went to the meeting, they said it was not critical, go, we will meet. We were met by the counselors at the checkpoint, the Security helped to bring things, they placed us in a room with guys of his age.
I made new friends and a lot of positive impressions. The counselors are good, they always occupied the children with something, they were exhausted during the day that they could not always talk to me in the evening) but this is even for the better, in the age of smartphones and tablets. I do not regret anything, I will send him to this camp again.

Why not accommodate children comfortably? The water is slightly warm, the children bathe in cold water. There are no sockets, you need to dry your head in the corridor. This is what we paid, taking into account compensation from St. Petersburg, more than 55 thousand rubles??
Burda food is not possible!!! ! Closet where you can hang hangers with clothes in the toilet!!!
Parents, think about where the children are going !!!! !

They dragged the suitcases over the bumps to the dining room. Although all the children wanted to sleep, not eat. You think that then but the rooms and bainki. Oh no, they did a physical. Although all the children in Moscow were examined. Another hour passed. They brought me to the corps. Already in the hall it became clear that this was not a living space. But when they entered the room and saw all the devastation.... Dirt cobwebs, midges plastered over the ceilings, huge spiders, with pissed (sorry) bedside rugs. The kids were so scared. . began to sob, call their parents. We adults were horrified ourselves, tried to calm the children, put them to bed, killed the spiders. Weeping and weakened, we fell asleep, and an hour later the fire alarm went off. . . And this began. Everyone screams and runs. The front desk said there was no fire. We went to bed, just fell asleep and the fire alarm turned on again (it was at 3 o'clock in the morning). But on this night, as they say, did not end, the child fell from the second tier of the bed. Face down, it’s good that bags and suitcases were left unpacked by the beds. Therefore, the child stuffed himself with a bump all over his face, but remained alive. This girl screamed so, oh horror. Everyone woke up again and ran to the room of the unfortunate child. After this incident, no one lay down on the second tier. They fell two by two downstairs. In the morning, in the daylight, they saw everything, neglect, dirt, lack of towels and sheets. I agree with the expression Chernobyl zone. The food is disgusting, the children are weak, emaciated, sick. Temperature under 40 degrees. Nobody was taken to the hospital. Local horse-dressers injected a horse dose of antibiotics and antipyretics, and the next day they were discharged with a temperature of 35. And the so-called doctor still fell asleep in the ward with the children, snoring all night without letting the patients sleep. Much more can be said. , but as the front-line soldiers say, it’s better not to remember all the horrors.

Once on the territory, the feeling that we arrived in Chernobyl after the accident at the nuclear power plant did not leave me: the territory is huge, deserted and deserted. Only the wind walks between the buildings of dilapidated buildings. We went into the room and cried. I haven't seen such ugliness in a long time. What repair are you talking about? Where was he? In the director's office? The sanatorium has not been repaired since its foundation. All that is being done is whitewashing and painting over the old shabby walls and floor. Plumbing has not changed since the founding. Rusty bathtub and faucets. You turn on the water in the tap, and it whips from everywhere. If the water goes into the sink, in the bathroom it rises from the riser by almost half. Hot water on schedule. In the morning from 8 to 9 (breakfast at the same time), in the afternoon from 12 to 13 (just lunch time) and in the evening from 21 to 22 (at this time it runs in a thin stream, consider yourself very lucky). The rooms are very small, doubles differ from triples by the presence of a third bed, and not by the size of the room. I'm talking about rooms with a "sea view". The rooms on the opposite side are two times smaller, only they are rented out anyway as doubles. It’s really not possible for two to part there, the width is two beds and a cabinet between them. But the amenities with a huge window and the size of a living room. Perhaps, in this situation, this fact can be regarded as an advantage. Oh yes! It would be unfair not to mention the LCD TVs on the wall. This is certainly cool, especially against the backdrop of Saratov refrigerators, which were left as a legacy after the Second World War and are launched and turned off like rockets at Baikonur. But! Refrigerators are not available in all rooms. On the third floor of building "A", where parents and children live, the roof is constantly leaking both in the rooms and in the corridor. From this, the rooms have mold and smell of dampness. I was lucky, our room was on the second floor, people from the 3rd lived in basins. After each downpour from the ceiling, where it flowed, where it dripped. The wiring was flooded, people were left without electricity. Towels, apparently, also left over from the 60s of the last century. this is real rubbish. from them dust is constantly pouring. And there are a lot of insects in the rooms that run not only on the walls, but also on the beds. You can attribute everything to the warm Crimean climate, but after living in a nearby boarding house for the remaining 2.5 weeks, I did not see a single insect in the room.
Food..... In short: Bad. Terrible. Disgusting. Not very tasty. All liquid food (cereals, soups) looks like gruel. I can’t describe in more detail, because, after living for three days in this concentration camp, we couldn’t eat anything in the canteen, we went to the “surf”, ate in cafes there.
I can’t say anything about the treatment, because we never received any treatment. The child was ill at first, and then we were told that it is not desirable for us to be treated after the illness, the load on the body and all that. I didn’t insist much, because by that time we already lived in a different place and I didn’t really want to go every day and sit in lines for foot massage and aromatherapy. But when we took the “tear-off coupon”, my indignation knew no bounds: it was noted there that we received the treatment in full. It turns out that they also led the story as it should be in order to get money for us. For myself, she also noted that the organization is lame. Live queues in the corridors for procedures. This is very stressful. It's time to learn how to plan at least in your journal.
There are no activities for children on site. Metal swings, which in Moscow have long been cut off as not meeting safety regulations and football goals. From entertainment circle "skillful hands", cinema and / or disco.
From the pros: own beach within walking distance, polite staff. But these are hired workers who earn their piece of bread. They cannot change the system. They are told to smile, and they do it. Always apologize for everything.
In administration: everything is different there. Director Ustyuzhanin Vitaly Petrovich is very arrogant and boorish. The head of the marketing department Kirichenko Lilia Georgievna is not inferior to him at all. He does not make contact with vacationers, he does not want to solve any issues. Two arguments: the first - I created all the conditions for you, the second - you don’t like something, you can leave. I ran away with the children on the third day. We rented a room at a nearby boarding house for our own money. We lived the rest of the time in human conditions. Of course, no one will return the money to anyone. There was not even a mention of it. But for my child, who was 1 year 4 months old at the time of arrival, they charged 200 hryvnia per day in full. This is the cost of living for an adult. The director told me that no one would live for free. Even a baby who does not need food or a separate bed. I paid for the three days that we had already lived (from Saturday to Monday) and began to resolve the issue of moving. But it turns out that I paid for the air. It even got to the point that the director put the issue of my small child’s residence under control, on Tuesday morning, before I had time to pack my things, the staff was already knocking on me demanding that I pay for housing or my child left the sanatorium.
Dear mothers, take care of your children and your nerves. Not a foot in the blue wave !!! !

My pride in the once great country and happiness for the benefit received in the form of a voucher for two did not last long, we arrived at the Saki station in the morning at 9.15 o'clock. June 06.2013 (half of the car was there), at the station we were met with a sign of the sanatorium "Blue Wave" and taken to the bus "Lviv" year of manufacture, approximately 1980-85 and even still running. After 20 minutes, we were brought to the territory of the sanatorium to the family building. Thank you for going directly to the building and not to the administration for registration and payment for "REST WITH TREATMENT". Well, then in order. Externally, the building requires significant repairs (part of the balconies lining has collapsed, metal structures are eaten away by corrosion, wooden frames from salt are almost like cotton wool, which is typical, there are new ramps for wheelchair users. At the entrance, opposite the attendants, there is a large TV (albeit not richly, but everything seems to be fine), they assigned us number 100, the door is old, but it will also do, but after we opened it, we fell into a deep sediment. According to its condition, repairs in this room were made about 20 years ago, the furniture is from the same times, the beds are apparently for teenagers and are a couch with a chipboard ceiling (so that a fifth leg is added in the middle from the bottom) and a dumped wadded mattress, which together gives less comfort than a berth in a carriage. In addition to four beds, the room also had two chairs, a table, a carpet underfoot, and even a 17-19-inch LCD TV of the MITSUMI brand. ), there was also a certain product with a mirror like a dressing table but very old, then a toilet (without toilet paper), a shower (tray without curtains) and some other room of unknown purpose. Then we were sent to the dining room for breakfast - at a price of 20 hryvnia (80 rubles) this is also a song - liquid semolina porridge on water, wheat porridge like Artek with 5 small pieces of meat with gravy, butter (looked like 1/2 in size rations of butter that my husband was given in the Soviet army of 89-91) and according to the waitress, cocoa (sweet water, slightly gray in color - it looked like they had washed cups of cocoa) my husband was not fed so badly in the Soviet army. The children, digging into the plates, took us to the room to eat up what was left from the train. There are no containers with drinking water, you can only drink from the tap or from the fountains on the beach (I did not check the performance). Before the trip on the Internet, my husband and I found only negative reviews of 2012, but along the way we also found information that the director was changed in the Golubaya Volna sanatorium, and in 2012-13 a reconstruction was carried out. This reconstruction can only be attributed to the checkpoint (painted) and the administration building (painted, a plastic door and entrance windows are installed and there is upholstered furniture in the guest area), everything else has been subjected to natural destruction since the collapse of the USSR. The children's building is closed and in a very deplorable state, the dining room and the medical building of the facade seem to be nothing but there are many rooms with painted windows and boarded up doors, there are directions left from the concrete paths between the buildings, apparently fountains and / or pools with rotten pipes are not filled and represent is a container with the remnants of rainwater, the beach is a piece of the steppe with thorns and a pebble strip of surf (not well-groomed, rubbish is lying around glasses, glass and plastic bottles, discarded algae) and this despite the fact that there is not a single point for selling food and drinks on the territory. Also on the territory there is another incomprehensible semi-destroyed building that looks like a concert venue, and next to it is a children's sports ground (stairs, dug-in tires, two massive swings) and this is for disabled children, the road surface has turned into cement and gravel crumbs, wheelchair users It is problematic to move independently on such a coating from one to another supernova ramps, it is not pleasant for walkers to rake this mixture into sandals, and you can stumble. The staff of the sanatorium is polite and thorough, and, as they say, makes a "good face on a bad game" since the development of this sanatorium requires more than one million and not khokhlobaks (hryvnias), but American rubles. On the same day, we left the sanatorium and on the 17-hour train (on the same one that we arrived in Saki) we went away from the “Benefits of Ukrainian civilization and hospitality”. The once flourishing Crimea turns into a garbage dump for a vacation, where they want money and preferably at European prices, the Russians are considered as cash cows driven to pasture on a worthless field (there is nothing to eat, but let's milk in excess of the norm). Thanks to the idiocy of Russian officials participating in tenders who look solely at the attractiveness of prices and the possibility of a rollback and in no way check the quality of the services provided for this money, Russian citizens get what they get. It is probably necessary to force that bureaucrat himself to visit establishments with testing of purchased services, provided that he visits this establishment as a simple visitor (incognito). For the information of those who pay for the voucher on their own: A woman paid 18 thousand rubles for only 21 days of living and treating her child. which in hryvnia is 4500 hryvnia. She kept silent about the cost of living herself. From the price list at the administration of the Blue Wave sanatorium: breakfast - 20 hryvnias (80 rubles), lunch - 40 hryvnias (160 rubles), dinner - 20 hryvnias (80 rubles. ), TOTAL 80 hryvnia (320 rubles) per day for food, the taste and quality aspects of food should be kept silent. Food prices in Moscow and Saki are not fundamentally different.
