Hello everyone) I want to note right away that we booked a room in this "hotel" in advance through Frendi. Everything is beautiful on their website. Our mistake is that they started reading reviews on third-party sites later and ...and were horrified. Well, is it really that bad? ? ? We tried to refuse, but alas, it was too late.
Essentially: 1. Number. This, my friends, is terrible. The dirt in the room is terrible, the blankets stink, the bed linen seems to be clean, but with some kind of divorce, the view from the room to the kitchen of the neighboring hotel, a hole in the concrete at the entrance to the room, the front door is in a terrible state. Shower ...this is a kapets, the watering can is black from time to time, is about to fall apart, the TV is from the past, there is an iron, but there is nothing to iron on. The furniture is old, the pillows are stained. Towels seen in life so much that it's scary to imagine. Wifi in the rooms does not work. In a word, just shit on the client, sorry ....See PHOTO)
2. Yard.

We lived in the famous building number 3, located separately from the main territory of the hotel, the yard is shabby, the furniture in the yard is ancient plastic, the tables are dirty. Wifi works, but intermittently.
3. Nutrition. We had full board. The food is monotonous. Meat is practically absent, the buffet does not smell, the choice is very poor, no juices, no fruit drinks, fruits are rare, pastries are very rare, sausages with additives, red ham. All the cheapest. For lunch and dinner: portions are small, chicken, chicken, chicken and again chicken - one wing each) When we were served a cutlet, we were delighted) Omelette ...mmmm every breakfast omelet, pasta, buckwheat ...In general, they cook well , but the savings on the part of the hostess causes laughter, everything has a framework. The dining room in the photo looks decent, in fact it is dust in the eyes, old furniture covered with covers and everything in polyethylene is a shame.
4. Pool.
Even before leaving for vacation, I read that people complained about the non-working pool for five days. I wrote a question in the VK group of this hotel, why, they say, did not work, they answered me that some young people poured something into the pool and had to be cleaned. I'll tell you the truth: in fact, the pool does not have a recirculation system, it is just periodically cleaned because the water in it becomes cloudy. And the hotel management accuses visitors of using sunblock and other things and allegedly polluting the pool. A SHAME! This is the first time I've encountered this! I was also very "pleased" by the presence of two "corpses" in the pool - these are two bastards that float along the edges of the pool, we assumed that these are filters ...shame No. 2) As a result, the pool did not work for 3 and a half days ....You see, there should be compensation for this. So for the pool, too, a score of 2.
5. Main territory.
The central courtyard is not bad, music plays, gazebos, a huge TV, a dance floor. The green pavement on the paths is shabby in places. Prices in the hotel cafe, if you sit in the gazebo, for example, are high, it's easier to go to a cafe outside the hotel.

6. Sea. Close to the sea. We liked the beach. No luck with the water - it was very cold for several days. There are entertainment for children. Sand, few people.
7. Service. It just doesn't exist. To the claim that the room was dirty, we were told that the girls were cleaning ...Look at the photo about the results of such a "cleaning". Declared cleaning once and change of linen (we were a week). Nothing was done. Young girls don't care) There was one roll of toilet paper in the toilet. To my request to bring toilet paper a few days later, the answer was that this is not provided ...Not provided? ? ? IN A HOTEL? )))) And then a saying that how someone uses paper and they cannot provide ...
okay, we bought it ourselves, for a HOTEL it's expensive)
8. BO "Surf" The base itself is generally not bad, everything you need is on its territory, but everything is outside the territory, wastelands)

PS The fish rots from the head. In such a situation in the hotel (although this is not a hotel, this is bullshit), only the hostess is to blame. She's only interested in grandmas. I understand business, but it has to be at least a little bit honest. All reviews in their groups and on their website are lies, all photos are dust in the eyes.
