My husband and I rested in February, there are absolutely no complaints about the treatment and professionalism of doctors, we paid for a ticket for 2 weeks, but we could not stand it, we left 3 days earlier, having completed the most important procedures. From the very first day, they were shocked by the quality of food offered by the canteen, the chefs of this organization managed to combine incompatible products in one dish, the use of the cheapest quality raw materials was immediately felt. The appearance, texture, smell of the dishes made us feel like just pigs, which can be piled into one trough of everything! After a couple of days of such bullying, they decided to go to a cafe, declared on the website, located on the territory of the sanatorium, but they were immediately informed about its temporary closure due to vacation, so it did not open anymore. We were ready to eat sausage with bread, went to the supermarket, bought food, dragged it to the room, it’s good that there was a refrigerator, on which there was an electric kettle made of cheap plastic, it was supposedly possible to boil water in it, but when we did it, we thought that something started to burn in the room, when heated, the kettle emits a terrible smell of burnt plastic, infecting tea with this smell, and even the flooded Doshirak stank of plastic. I had to go to a local appliance store to buy a normal kettle. In the end, we were finished off by the fact that on one of the last days of our stay, 4 people fell ill with poisoning the next day after dinner. A roommate who came with complaints of vomiting and abdominal pain received such an answer from a doctor and a nurse, what could be it can’t be that someone was poisoned in the dining room, which means you went to restaurants anyway what you ate. Poisoning has not become more widespread only because everyone is fed differently, who chose what from the list the day before. Here's some unlucky. I really hope that this review will somehow reach the management of the sanatorium, because it is a pity that with all the advantages there are such significant omissions that cannot be turned a blind eye. We certainly won't come here again because of the poor quality of the food. Because of these borschts, which are boiled with beans and some meatballs are added there, which are called meat, but they don’t look like Meat at all, because of these soy (on the meat menu) cutlets with garlic and chopped eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner . Because of the disgusting smelling mammoth liver pie (on the beef menu) because of the salad with carrots, apple, egg yolk and mayonnaise. Excuse me, and to all our friends who after us wanted to go to this sanatorium from Sochi, we will also tell this unpleasant truth. It is a shame and disgrace to treat people this way, not to respect the people so much.
