In the boarding house "Tangier" lived from July 14 to July 30.2018 in the "junior suite" of building 1, number 3.
This is a disgusting building, its balconies overlook either the garbage heap or the entrance courtyard, where from morning to evening there is a stream of people to the beach.
In the same building there is a catering unit, from where, from morning to evening, the smell of burnt oil spreads on one side, and on the other - the stink from the garbage heap, which is located right there 5-7 meters from the rooms. From the dump at night it smells of rotten meat, in the morning the cleaners sprinkle it with bleach so that it stings in the eyes. Garbage is taken out 1-2 times a week.
The air conditioners are old and hum like tractors, so it's impossible to sleep at night.
Starting from six in the morning until evening, the industrial electric meat grinder buzzes and vibrates several times a day, exceeding the maximum permissible noise levels. It is impossible to rest day or night.

In a cramped room on the floor there is old smelly linoleum, a sofa from which boards stick out is unsuitable for sleeping, narrow beds on which it is impossible to sleep comfortably. We paid a lot of money for the rest, and it is impossible to rest in Tangier.
There are two rooms in the junior suite, only one has air conditioning and a mosquito net, in the bathroom it constantly pulls from the garbage heap from the ventilation grill, the doors in the rooms do not close well, creak, the windows rattle in them, and they look like they will fly out.
On appeals to the director about the discrepancy between the junior suite room we paid for and the one provided, we encountered the unwillingness and inability of the management to resolve conflict situations. Director Khetchikov Vadim Aleksandrovich was rude, lied, allowed himself such expressions as "zadolbali", "got tired", tired, spoke in raised tones, turning into a scream, spread slander and complete disrespect for customers. The goal of the management of the boarding house is to take money and nothing more. The quality of the services provided after receiving the money they do not care.
The view from the windows is depressing, unfinished buildings, rusty metal structures from abandoned buildings, the territory is a checkpoint - there is a flow of people from all surrounding territories, it is not safe to leave children, there is nowhere for children to do anything on the territory, the only playground presented on the site, consisting of swings and stairs, and is under the scorching rays of the sun.
Nobody cleans the area around Tangier, it resembles a landfill, plastic bottles, paper, food packaging are lying everywhere.
I never advise anyone to come to Tangier. This is the worst place to stay in Crimea.
