As a result, we were put into a tiny car and taken to another building. Met by a security guard. I was ready to tip for help with luggage, but, apparently, we do not provide a Crimean service. We lived on the 2nd floor. There were only 2 light bulbs in the room. Told the manager, zero emotions. Until they came up and asked for a light bulb and replaced it themselves. The water in the shower does not drain well, so it overflowed onto the bathroom floor. The hoods in the bathroom don't work. We were flooded in the shower by the neighbors from above. The dust around, including in the air conditioner, was cleaned independently - thanks to the administrators. Toilet paper and soap set were not replenished. And toilet paper is something with something - gray "sandpaper". We don't even find it in public places. Savings on everything. Living creatures in the form of spiders on the ceiling. The administrator, Irina, tried to charge us an additional fee for a child of 100 rubles / day, and we paid for the biblio globe tour package in full and did not ask for additional fees. bed. As a result, after a couple of calls to the TO representative and to the travel agency, it turned out that there was nothing to pay for. The manager did not apologize for her oversight. The playground for children is very small. There is a bench on the playground, which is not fixed in any way. The child sat on the edge and was covered with a bench, everything worked out well. I put a good 5 for the dining room. Very tasty, the portions are large, so they didn’t even take it separately for a child. Enough for two. Special thanks to the girls from the dining room. Always polite, smiling and delicious. But poor menu. No milk for children, yoghurts, fruits, etc. As in the Soviet canteen. The only negative is that breakfast is open on schedule - from 8.00-10.00 lunch from 13.00. -. 15.00 and dinner from 18.00 - 21.00 but if suddenly you want tea or coffee, then there is nowhere to drink in the hotel. There are no desserts, except for a bun for dinner. Terrible sausage cheese and some strange sausage. In general, to the level of Turkey or Egypt as to China on foot. There is something to learn and strive for. There is no hairdryer or electric kettle in the room. There is no spare toilet. Suddenly your child will want to run only to the room. Since the reception is constantly closed and the administrator cannot be found during the day with fire. There is no doctor like in Turkey. That is, if suddenly something happened, they will not be able to provide first aid. The salvation of the drowning is the work of the drowning themselves. There are no beach towels. Sun loungers on the beach 100 rubles/per person There is no bar on the beach. One or two showers for the entire beach. There are no paths, that is, the stroller is dragged along the sand.
