We rested in the sanatorium Poltava with my husband in September 2010. She booked the room back in April, periodically reminded us of us by e-mail and by phone to the tour sales department. They sent an invitation to us and assured us that we would definitely have a room, since we had a reservation, payment - upon arrival. The day before departure, I still called them again / how I felt a catch, and then we had to get from Karelia /, but a sweet female voice answered that they were waiting for us. When we arrived, the head of the sales department said that they had “a resale of vouchers” / just by itself! / And the room for us would be only in a week. We were also offered to stay for a week in a nearby boarding house. Imagine our feelings at that moment, and if only ours! There were a lot of such “thrown”, who wanted to relax and receive treatment. Even those who had prepaid tickets! After a week of living in the neighboring resort "Sunny Beach" / accommodation there is good, but there is no food, they save money on vacationers in Crimea, guys, tin! / We were provided with an improved room in the sanatorium building, but even here it was not without nerves and bullying. The fact is that the previous vacationer did not take her things and disappeared in an unknown direction. We dutifully waited in the lobby with our suitcases until dinner, after which we had to defend our rights / the money was paid and not bad, see the price list! / and finally settled with a scandal. Of course, the mood has already been crap twice! The “entrepreneurial” sold so many courses that there were not only enough rooms, but also offices and personnel to adopt procedures. Ugliness! The room was normal, spacious, with a refrigerator and TV, a balcony overlooking the sea. You could sleep to the sound of the surf. The bathroom had a shower with a tray and a curtain, water spilled on the floor. Plumbing is old and rusty. The maids did a good job, they cleaned efficiently and regularly. The food in the dining room is as if they were in the most impoverished dining room of decaying socialism. Portions are cut, food is tasteless, often cold. They didn’t serve fruit in September: they gave out two ugly apples each, this is in the Crimea! Do not believe the praises that they scatter in the reviews, for nothing! And in those shops that are nearby, you can basically buy only different drinks and snacks for them, eateries. Outside the gates of the sanatorium at the mini-market, we ourselves bought peaches, various grapes, pears, plums, figs. The positive points were the treatment and the sea. The attending physician wrote out enough procedures, the staff is polite. From the procedures we had brine baths, mud, massage, circular shower, mud applications on the gums, aromatherapy / it was useful after such adventures /. All this was included in the cost of the course. In addition, we went to the pool with hot mineral water / a session costs 10 UAH, i. e. 40 rubles /. Recommend. The sea was beautiful, clean, still warm, despite the fact that the weather was not always pleasing. For several days there were strong northerly winds with rain. The beach opposite the sanatorium itself is not very, dirty, unkempt / with dried algae, cigarette butts and other debris /, sunbeds, as always, like hot cakes. A little further, in the direction of the boarding house "Sunny Beach", the beach is clean, well-groomed, few people. We rested there. In the evenings, dance evenings were arranged near the first building under the disco of the 80s, mostly. In general, in spite of everything, we had a good rest, received medical treatment, went on excursions. After talking with other vacationers, we concluded that such a picture as in Poltava is also in many health resorts and boarding houses of the Crimea. Therefore, we are no longer riders in Crimean sanatoriums! And please listen to this review. Yes, I forgot to say about the cost: 2 weeks of accommodation with food and procedures cost us 46 thousand rubles. In my opinion, not too cheap, plus the cost of travel there and back 22 thousand rubles / train to Moscow and economy class plane to Simferopol /. Total 66 thousand rubles. And how much money flew away for extra. nutrition! Vouchers were bought directly from the sanatorium, and through travel agencies it will be even more expensive. So think. Of course, if there are serious health problems, then sacrificing for the sake of treatment can and is worth it. . And if you just relax, then go abroad, my dears! For this money, even in Europe they will feed, drink and put to sleep like a human being!
