The entire staff was dispersed, recruited new ones, the staff are afraid of the owner, and with dissatisfied faces and with a boorish attitude they look at us vacationers. I think if Ruslan (from the previous year) worked with Yulia (who appeared in this one) at the reception, it would be better, they know how to solve issues.

Once there was even a boorish attitude of the owner himself, he said - "here you all express your dissatisfaction and still eat and eat with us" of course, now I DEFINITELY won't go again. The boarding house has become a passage yard, strangers walk around the residential sector, and I have two laptops and a fotik in my room for 60tr. somehow dumb, even though the cameras are standing. The Internet began to work worse than in the previous year, with a laptop you have to run around the whole room in order for the Internet to work, it would be possible to improve the quality of the Internet. We went here three years in a row, now we will not go. We do not come to shake our nerves, but to relax. In the evening of July 28, the water was turned off again, they were "fed" with promises that they would give in 5-10 minutes. When I asked for a "book of complaints and suggestions", they gave me a book without any seals, signatures, not certified by the Consumer Rights Protection Society, not stitched. At the request to give me a non-fake book of complaints, the manager suggested that I leave the boarding house at 2 am! and never come here again! One can only wonder how such wonderful employees work for such a "management" if the manager can afford to yell at a client, and even a woman? Next year we will go to rest in another boarding house, because. we do not want to give the opportunity to earn on us to such boors. The staff of the boarding house would like to wish only PATIENCE!
