Alexander met us and we went first to the exchange office, then to the market, and all this time he was waiting for us. We arrived met by the hostess, showed what was happening, explained everything, in short, people are very friendly!!!
The sea is super beaches empty with respect to Evpatoria, Yalta, Sochi, etc. We rented a separate house without meals with food, it turned out to be a little expensive, we cooked ourselves, went to the market, back by the way, a taxi costs like a minibus in Moscow. The market has everything important to look like and choose well!
The house itself is not big, just what you need for a family!
Two beds in one room and a table, a built-in "type" wardrobe is not comfortable, the furniture is old, a toilet, a kitchen with a shower with a water heater all the time, air conditioning and another walk-through room with a sofa in it.
cons: old furniture, dishes (but there is everything) just old, insane amount of mosquitoes, and the shower is not properly designed.
In all other respects, it’s just super not far from the sea, it’s warm and clean, paradise with children, green territory, everything for clients, in general I WANT THERE MORE

Rested in the estate last summer, consisting of adults and a child of 4 years. We really liked it there! I was pleased with the good location (nearby a uncrowded beach, stunning natural beauty right under your nose), food (tasty, varied food, individual approach to each guest), attentive owners of the estate.
