Traveled this year. . .
There are no complaints about the reception staff and maids - everything is fine, adequate, the room is moderately clean (there was a cobweb in the corners, there was dust and dirt behind the beds and sofas, but we were not spoiled, we were not afraid. The floor itself was washed regularly, the dishes too, accessories changed.
Very nice park around and friendly staff who look after it.

But the "restaurant"....The hotel has 3 (THREE!!! ) stars, with such a restaurant... This is a disaster, citizens... They brought borscht, some strange "sour cream" to it, which upon closer examination turned out to be mayonnaise. Why the borsch with mayonnaise the waiter could not immediately answer - she went to ask. The answer surprised us very much: "And we have run out of sour cream! " As a result, there was no sour cream in the "restaurant" for a couple of days for sure (it takes half an hour to get to the supermarket). Miracle cheesecakes were served, which spread over the plate like kefir. At the request to replace the waiter, of course, she replaced it, but she asked me "Did you cook cheesecakes yourself at all? " I had to explain that I know how cheese cakes are cooked, and much more, and I even know how to put the cutlery correctly, unlike the waiters of the Albatros restaurant... They serve slowly.
Another vivid example: I go to the "restaurant" in the morning, smile, say loudly "Hello! " - the staff is silent and frowns at me. On "Thank you! " - also silent... In general, the guys almost did not get a tip for obvious reasons, but they went to an excellent bar "Villa Rossa" on the beach. Who does not believe in the difference - let him go and compare. There is also a nearby cafe "Alim" - also worthy, but not for everyone, because they also serve very slowly, although they feed deliciously.
To complete the story about the “restoran” of the “Albatross”, I will also tell you how we got poisoned by a local melon, lay for a day with a temperature and severe poisoning, a day later, pale and barely alive, crawled out to eat something like chicken broth... At 18:30. And then the fun began - the restaurant was closed. There was a wedding and for two days feeding was on pre-order and in complexes (well, those complexes look something like food from a student canteen). In general, a couple of sick people, barely able to walk, had to walk all the way to the same "Villa Ross" and there in the bar they quickly fed us chicken soup, and we also ordered breakfast to go... That's it. In general, if you only need accommodation, everything is fine, but it’s better to go to the Albatross restaurant only for people hardened in Soviet canteens and not used to normal service.
I must say right away that I have seen a lot, I am absolutely unpretentious, but I know how a restaurant differs from a canteen. So in the "Albatross" - a dining room
