So, about Aquamarine, I would like to write a REAL IMPRESSION for just the same tourists like me, who are craving rest and relaxation, comfort and service. The latter plays most likely one of the decisive roles. ?? I called the Hotel ahead of time, telling them about the number of children, about the need for two cots, about the request to fill everything in advance and that a room with a view of the garden or the sea is needed. We've arrived. We parked at the hotel in the only free space. At the reception we were greeted without obvious pleasure and a hint of a smile. Administrators Ekaterina and Natalia. Catherine was extremely inert, barely moving. Payment was requested before check-in. We were told that any drinks on the bracelets can be obtained in the hotel bars. We immediately went to the bar, where a bartender with a beard turned us around with the words that whoever told us any drinks, let him give it. Need to know: water, juices and ice cream can be obtained in bars for free. But! Juices, water and ice cream may simply not be there! Or be mine from a peach, for example, but you want from an apple, do not blame me) no! There was no water several times. All this is given to you at the counter, without please, a smile or other cordiality. Then we were given keys that did not open the room and we had to go downstairs again to the reception, and if you are on the road for a day long, you will agree that this is not the most pleasant. Come in. Those who think to find a chic room, new furniture, awesome interior in this hotel will never see it! The number is dead! There was a suite and allegedly with a 25% discount, about which they rolled their eyes and told me that I should just die of joy. But the price of this super number is 55000 for two days! Cool, isn't it. ? So in this "chic room" there was an old dead sofa and two armchairs of the same year of birth, sagging and dirty. No one even bothered to wipe the shelves under the TV, there were packagings of pills from previous tenants. The view in the room was clearly not on the garden and the sea, but on a large garbage dump and a huge construction site, which obviously no one warned about. The handle of the bedroom door was torn out in the room, it stank terribly everywhere. And, of course, there was no talk of any folding beds. I called the reception and asked to bring it again. An hour has passed. There was no one. I went downstairs and the same Ekaterina said that they were practically running to us to fulfill the request. We left for dinner, came back and saw one cot instead of two. I called the reception and Natalya told me that there were no cots in the hotel and therefore they didn’t put them on. Only after my assurances that I would inform the administration with the names, the cot was found, but broken. A child of 12 years old barely fit on it, the legs folded and he fell all night. Towels were also in the room for 3, additional had to be begged by three calls to the reception. Curtains without blackout and from five in the morning the room is as bright as day. The child usually fell down at 9-10 in the morning, but here she began to jump from five. Is it really so difficult to darken Windows, amazing. ?? Breakfast. A bunch of people at 9.30. Not a single free table, they stood and waited until it was free. We waited. Five of us had to sit down on a small round table. Huge queues for omelets. Written Fish, open empty. Everything is very uncoordinated and disorganized. Juice is barely made. Glass breaking is constantly heard by employees. AND! The glasses are all wet, that is, they are either simply rinsed or passed under a jet dishwasher, which simply removes obvious dirt. Desserts are such that no one takes them. From fruits, watermelon and melon, and green apples. In principle, you can eat something, but this is not at all what is expected. The employees are clearly not happy with you and no one even tries to be helpful. You won't see any thanks, you won't see a single cleaned dirty plate, you sit and eat among the dirty dishes. ? Territory. She is big, well-groomed, beautiful. Well organized access to the beach. The beach is separate. Not very clean, beds are old and dirty, towels are issued on the beach. It's comfortable. The water in the sea is dirty, but if you swim far, then the water is clean. The on-site swimming pool is open and covered with steam rooms. In the open there is a Children's area, the water is very cold. There are no lifeguards at the pool. There are sunbeds, a few were free. People smoke right there in front of the children. I think the weak link is that both the hotel administrators and the bartenders do not care about the fact that you are relaxing and the quality of this vacation. No one will offer you cocktails, beautiful shakes, nuts or just water. This is really strange, because the bar is functioning and this would greatly increase both the output of the bar and the convenience of the guests. Indoor pools until 22.00. But also not very clean, the lighting is poor, and one of the guests often adds shower gel to the children's room and there is wild foam from the bubbles. Someone is having fun, it was strange for us. There are no observers, although there are enough children. ?? Aquapark. It's called Zurbagan. It exists, the entrance to the territory directly from the territory of the hotel according to the room cards. It is very comfortable. But! This is a really old, obsolete water park with a minimum of slides, a minimum of greenery, cold water. There are very few sun loungers in the shade, the vegetation is poor due to poor watering, apparently, because there is a striking difference between the vegetation of the hotel and the water park. Those who have been to water parks such as the Golden Bay in Gelendzhik will be extremely amazed by this level of water park. In this restaurant, as elsewhere, extremely arrogant service! Extremely important waiters, never smile, never say please, bon appetit, it's very depressing. They serve for a long time, tables are on the shore, the sea is not visible, but the breeze is not hot. Again, the prices are very high. A salmon steak will cost more than 1000 rubles. Pizza 600-800 rubles of a small format. Wouldn't recommend for price and service. Dishes are not removed at all. I can definitely recommend a new restaurant called Aqua Food Club. It opened this year, located along the seashore to the right after the playground. Absolutely new furniture, clean toilets, tables outside and inside, a pleasant waiter with an oriental appearance who clearly tried to serve, great food and service, only they would have to work with the children's menu, otherwise everything is fine. Well, the prices, as in all Aquamarine restaurants, are high and plus the discount cards of the hotel itself do not work. ? ? And lastly. We left earlier than expected due to the fact that, well, it’s really impossible to endure such a service and such an attitude. The child could not sleep for two days due to a broken and unchanged cot, the administrator Victoria, the third one already mentioned, also promised to resolve the issue and, as usual, simply forgot. But she did not forget to demand an additional payment of 4960 upon check-out! It’s good that I went downstairs the day before and took all the documents about paying for the accommodation, realizing that surprises can be expected everywhere. And so it happened. With a blue eye, she stated that during the check-in, the administrator Ekaterina counted me incorrectly, and I needed to pay extra. I show a piece of paper, they say, here it is, paid in full, an invoice and a cashier's check, but in response I get: well, if you want, I'll print out the price list for you. The simplicity of this hotel impressed me. For two days 55.000 rubles and still require additional. payment!
