Rested with my husband in early September, 8 days / 7 days.
The room is chic - 42 sq. m. (advertising does not lie) + bath approx. Everything is new, cleaning every day, even when they didn’t put up a sign, they cleaned it anyway, bathrobes, slippers, bath perfume sets (replenished), the bedding was changed almost daily, a non-alcoholic mini-bar upon arrival - free of charge. Excellent soundproofing. In general, for the room - 5+. Although it would be possible to put a bidet in the bathroom, especially since the area allows.
By the way, our room was adjacent to the Sea of Okhotsk deluxe room, there is nothing special about it, I would even say it is primitive at all, it makes no sense to overpay for it, take the standard, it is more beautiful (ask for a light carpet).

There is almost no territory at all, there is construction around the hotel, there is a lot of litter from the embankment, in general there is nothing to do on the embankment, cheap cafes, music yells, the local population walks... The few lawns are very well-groomed, they are constantly weeded, watered, cut, well done in general!
Meals - "Troechka", everything is somehow meager and tasteless. Milk porridge, omelettes, scrambled eggs - this is not all - BUT! - if you ask the waiter, they will bring it to you (for free). We had dinner once in a Japanese restaurant on the 3rd floor, we liked it, we just waited 40 minutes for an order, the prices are normal, like in our city. We went to dinner in Sevastopol, on the embankment, the Primorsky Boulevard restaurant, everything was delicious, the table was on the balcony overlooking the bay, the boats were swimming, the sun was setting in the sea, it was beautiful!
Victory Park did not impress, after the South Coast - a pitiful sight. Near the hotel there is a student park from the local banking institute, everything is beautiful there, clean, you can see it was opened recently, ponds, something like a Japanese rock garden, bridges, gazebos, benches - it’s better to take a walk there.
Cape Fiolent is an abandoned place, mud, stray dogs RUN IN PACKS. We took a couple of pictures and hurried out. What is the buzz, and what kind of "exotic vacation spot in the Crimea" is it - IT IS NOT CLEAR...
ATMs, NOVUS supermarket (they took food there), Celentano pizza - everything is close (if by car, of course).
THE BEACH is really awesome! K A M N I !!!! ! - ENTRY TO THE SEA.
Where are the “2 hectares of our own beach” declared in the advertisement, we also did not understand (((
The hotel beach is separated from the city beach by a chain hung on posts (see photo).

That's all, they sailed....The elitism is over... The local population freely walks back and forth along the beach, and throughout the territory too, and especially the cunning ones are located on the hotel sunbeds, with the full connivance of the guards, however, "security" is a loud word, a guy in blue shorts and a white T-shirt with the inscription "rescue sailor" - that's all the security. Ten meters from the beach, behind the stones, a huge bulldozer towered, which periodically started up and began to iron the ground with a terrible roar, tractors on the sports ground being completed, also did not contribute to rest in silence...
The hotel also (yet? ) does not have a toilet on the beach, you can go to the dry closet of a private entrepreneur who, in combination, sells ice cream right there. A visit to the cherished booth costs 2 UAH, while the private entrepreneur found it difficult to answer the question of whether there is paper there. In general, I chose a toilet near the pool... especially since the excavator was spinning just near these booths)) By the way, for some reason there is no mirror in the toilet near the pool, and the public toilets on the floors are also not worth 5 stars.
Internet - wired in the rooms, Wi-Fi in public places - everything works, super! If there are connection problems in the room, call an IT engineer, they will help you. In general, they responded instantly to all our (few, really! ) requests - the electric kettle was delivered to the room in a minute, teaspoons from the restaurant were brought at the same speed))
The water in the sea is clean, clear, warm, no dead jellyfish were observed.
We looked into the SPA - everything is not as beautiful as in the picture - there are a lot of people, the pool is small and smells strongly of bleach, there are seven people sitting in the jacuzzi, we probably didn’t go there.
Conclusion: if you close your eyes so as not to see the dirt and poverty around the hotel, plug your ears so as not to hear the sounds made by the bulldozer and tractors, count the money in your wallet and be glad that a week at sea in a five-star hotel cost quite inexpensively, then you can rest consider successful!
What we wish you too! )))
