I have never met a worse place to live and attitude from the administration. Upon arrival at the suite, we saw a dusty room, napkins and rubbish were lying under the beds, they wiped it with a damp cloth only between the beds and in the corridor. Seeing a large spider crawling on the bed, he asked me to change the room and clean up the new room, which caused a lot of indignation from the administrator girl and rudeness (she tried to convince me that the big spider she saw was hallucinations - it was not very pleasant).
The prices they ask for a room are very high. Having descended a little lower to the sea, we found out the prices in a new modern building with plastic windows, new furniture and repairs - it turned out that the price there is one third cheaper than in Kobzar. But it was already too late, because before arriving at the kobzar we had to pay 100% of the payment ((We have tiny rooms with repairs ala “a room in a student hostel where repairs have not been done for 20 years”, the same old furniture, a poorly closing door to open it it was necessary to lift the door and pull it towards you. The toilet-shower was in one tiny room, there was warm water, but rarely (it may have coincided that when we were there there were problems with hot water). The room was not cleaned, the garbage was not taken out, not they never asked how they were resting, maybe they needed something. We had to ask them for toilet paper.
The administration also showed itself in response to my request to give a mug (because there is absolutely nothing in the room, no cups, no spoons, no knife), I received the answer “what do we need to give to everyone who asked for a mug !? ”

Service is zero.
In general, we were not the only ones dissatisfied, on our first day of arrival, a woman in the neighborhood described her vacation there as follows - “I don’t rest here, I’m serving time. Today is the last day, tomorrow is finally home!
