So I decided to go there for a month with a small child (1.5 years old). My friends brought me to the base, helped me carry my things and left.
Well, the room is terrible, "hot" water is only in the shower, there is no wash basin. The shower itself represents a hole in the ceiling from which water flows simply onto the floor and walls, the toilet bowl))) i. e. it is not realistic to draw warm water without getting wet from head to toe.
I’m not spoiled, but it was difficult to imagine how to wash a certain place for a child, I hoped that hot water would be in the sink at least) but it all turned out to be flowers)))) right now it’s already funny, then it wasn’t very.

There was no hot water in my house, I was asked to move to another one. The story of how I dragged things, a stroller and a heavy suitcase through the base with a child under my arm, is a separate story... In general, when I finally decomposed and settled in a new house (which seemed even more comfortable to me), I exhaled and decided after all, to wash... So there was NO hot water in the new house ALSO !!!!! ! and most importantly, she was not there for a long time and the staff knew about it and nevertheless forced me to move, they offered me to run to another house across the road for a week (so much time was needed to fix the ten) !! ! capp just. . .
Then I also had a question with the fact that it was inconvenient for me to go up to the dining room, I decided to ask the director to let me eat on the floor below (they also laid tables there).
So the director scolded me, almost obscenely, said that he didn’t owe me anything, that these were all my problems, that I was a spoiled princess and didn’t know how to wash my child’s ass and feed him properly, that he didn’t me and my baby at all I had to let it in, I did it only out of a favor, ALTHOUGH when I booked, I wrote 5 times that I was going alone with a 1.5-year-old child and clarified questions about floors, washbasins and so on.
In general, I, like a fool, burst into tears there to hysterics, did not know what to do... turned and left. Wrote a request for a refund.
The next day, employees and administrators of the base came to apologize to me, they said that "he has such a character"... simply kapets. But they brought me a new basin, found somewhere an old highchair for feeding, in general, they still fulfilled my requests. The water was repaired a week later for the arrival of my husband, when he arrived, everyone became very polite, even the director stopped and asked: "Sasha, are you all right? Do you need anything? " (even he began to call you, and did not poke, as when he was yelling))))))
Here is a story, we spent the remaining 2 weeks well, we liked everything else - the beach, the territory, the proximity to the city, so this summer I will go to the neighboring base, the staff there is polite.
