I want to share my impressions about the rest in Uchkuevka in the guest house "MILYA" (this is a new name, in 2012 this guest house was called "House of the family type KIT"). It all started with the fact that in 2012 we decided not to go on vacation far and our choice fell on Sevastopol, that is, on its northern outskirts Uchkuevka. We chose this place because it is free on the beaches, and in the evening you can easily go by boat for a walk to Sevastopol, a few minutes on the boat and you are in Sevastopol. We found a private mini-boarding house "Lavanda" on the Internet, called three months in advance and booked a room, then 45 days before buying railway tickets they called again and confirmed the reservation, and when 20 days before the vacation they decided to insure themselves and re-confirm their reservation, we They said there were no available rooms. That is, there is no armor. We started looking for other housing options in Uchkuevka, but for 20 days in July it is very difficult to find good living conditions with a bathroom in the room, with a TV and air conditioning. We saw an advertisement for "KIT family-type HOUSE", the rooms are spacious, the furniture is new, the bathroom is in the room, but we were upset that there was no TV in the room (and even there was no TV on the territory) and was also surprised that there were no air conditioners, because this is Crimea! We contacted the owner, he replied that there were no TVs, because the house was new, it had just opened and he simply had not had time to buy TVs, and about air conditioners, he said that THEY DO NOT NEED THERE AT ALL, because the house is in pine grove and it's cool there. Just in case, I also clarified such a trifle as towels: "Do you give towels? " To which the owner replied: "Yes. " The cost of living on the site was not indicated, to my question about the price, the owner said 300 hryvnia for two per day (we traveled together with my husband without children). We agreed to such conditions, since all the best hotels were already occupied. But fearing deceit (which happens very often in the Crimea), they took with them a lot of coordinates of rented housing. However, when we got off the train in Sevastopol, we were delighted that the owner of "KITA" Andrey, a friendly, smiling man, met us. In his car, he drove us to the house for 130 hryvnia and we started to look around. It takes about 10 minutes to go to the sea through a pine forest along a good path, and then down to the sea, but this did not frighten us, since we are without small children. Further: the furniture in the room is new, as in the photo. That's just the house is not in a pine forest, but next to the forest, that is, in the sun. And that means that all the rooms on the second floor become so hot during the day that by the evening there is a terrible stuffiness in the room, there is absolutely nothing to breathe! The words of the owner that air conditioning is not needed turned out to be just a lie. We settled in, immediately paid, giving 3.000 hryvnia for 10 days, and the owner left, and we wanted to take a shower from the road, but did not find a single towel in the bathroom. We called the owner, he replied that he would bring us towels, which surprised us very much! Three hours later he did bring two towels. As it turned out later, we were the only vacationers who were given towels. And then a lot of other unpleasant little things began to emerge that overshadowed the rest. For example, they don't clean their rooms AT ALL. Beds DO NOT change, etc. . To all this they answer that this is not a hotel! What is it then? Pay 300 hryvnia per day for two for a room without a TV and air conditioning, and at the same time run around with a broom and a rag in your hands! What a "wonderful" holiday! But as it turned out later, we were still lucky that we were not "thrown" there, like other vacationers. After bad reviews about this house appeared on the Internet, the owner renamed his house and now it is called the MILYA guest house. I agree, rest can be for different wallets, someone agrees to clean the room himself, carry towels with him for 1000 km and sleep on dirty beds in stuffiness without air conditioning in order to save money. Only for such a vacation they don’t take 300gr for two from vacationers. When a person pays 300gr per day, he has the right to count on towels, cleaning the room, and changing bed linen in accordance with all sanitary standards. I would not recommend people who are accustomed to living in good conditions and cleanliness to go on vacation to "MILYA".
