I stayed in this hotel with my husband, we spent our honeymoon there. I would like to leave a review, because. when we bought a ticket there on the Internet there were only 2 reviews. Let's start with the shortcomings: the description of the hotel is not quite correct, but this problem was from the side of the hotel: Wi-Fi only works downstairs, on the 2nd floor it does not reach the room, and on the 3rd floor (where we lived) it does not catch at all; there is a problem with the equipment, namely with a TV and a DVD player, it is useless to call the manager, he refused to solve the problem; the description of the services that lies in each room is either no longer valid or has not yet been introduced, and the manager had to solve this problem with raised voices.
pluses: excellent service from the administrator and the maid (Tatiana Nikolaevna and Natasha are always in a hurry to help), very nice women who try not only to smooth out the jambs of the manager, but also just very nice people. Every day they were interested in our mood, health, we want to return to them (and as it was said earlier, Tatyana Nikolaevna’s breakfasts are simply gorgeous, despite the fact that her husband does not have breakfast at all, he ate everything here); excellent sauna and jacuzzi; I really liked the pool on the roof, if you are too lazy to go to the sea, you can go up and swim there, there are sun loungers, you can have a great time with a book; the rooms are good, I especially liked the fact that the air conditioner works without interruption and there is a Russian cable, but the fact that there is a hairdryer in the bathroom and slippers are generally surprised, there were several sets of towels in the closet at once; in the evening it is wonderful to sit on the balcony, there is a table and 2 chairs, sea view. All in all we had a great honeymoon and will return as soon as possible.
